| Marine fishery has become one of the main industries in the development of Zhoushan’s marine economy.Zhoushan City is known as the fishing warehouse of the East China Sea,and the Zhoushan fishing grounds are a major natural treasure trove for the development of marine fisheries in Zhoushan City.The income from marine fisheries in Zhoushan City occupies half of the city and the development of marine fisheries in Zhoushan is generally on an upward trend.Driven by the economic interests of the fishing industry,excessive fishing of Zhoushan’s fishery resources began,causing the marine fishery resources to be close to depletion.As a result of the rapid development of marine fisheries in Zhoushan,a large number of marine industries have been clustered and built along the city’s coastline,resulting in a large amount of polluting waste being discharged directly into the sea from the land.The discharge of pollutants from ships,oil and mariculture has affected the eutrophication of seawater,and the problem of marine environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious in Zhoushan.The pollution of the marine environment has led to an increasing strain on fishery resources,which are close to being depleted,and the development of Zhoushan’s fishery economy has been affected.To develop Zhoushan’s marine fishery economy,it should be oriented towards protecting the marine environment,and the relationship between marine fishery resources and the marine environment should be correctly understood as a coordinated development.Therefore,if Zhoushan’s fishery economy is to achieve sustainable development,marine environmental protection is urgent.In view of this,this paper takes Zhoushan City as an example and analyses in detail the current situation of the development of Zhoushan’s marine fishery economy and marine environment.Based on the principles of typicality,systematicity,scientificity and dynamism,and on the basis of the research results on the coupled and coordinated relationship between the two systems,an evaluation index system for the marine fishery economic system and the marine environmental system is constructed.26 relevant indicators are selected to build the two systems of marine fishery economy and marine environment.A linear weighted model is used to measure the comprehensive development level of the two systems from 2010 to 2020,analyse the coupling degree between the marine fishery economy and the marine environment,and use the coupling coordination degree model and analyse the change characteristics of the coupling coordination degree between the marine fishery economy system and the marine environment system to determine the two systems’ The development stage of coordination between the two systems over time was determined.The conclusion is that from 2010 to 2020,the coupling between the marine fishery economic system and the marine environment system in Zhoushan City is obvious and always belongs to the high level of coupling stage.The level of coupling and coordination between the two systems has gradually developed from "near coordination" to "intermediate coordination",and the degree of coordination has become better and better.In general,although the level of coupling and coordination has gradually increased,the level of coupling and coordination is not high and there is more room for coordination and development.To reach the stage of highly coordinated development,further improvement is needed.Therefore,based on the results of the empirical study of the two systems,problems are identified and optimisation measures are proposed. |
