Study On Purchasing Cost Control Of Mining Equipment Of M Company

In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s economy,some environmental problems have also occurred,which has aroused the great attention of the domestic society,and all walks of life pay more and more attention to environmental protection.The relevant research on environmental protection is of great practical significance.Although the coal industry is a heavily polluting industry,it occupies a key position in China’s economic development and energy supply system.As a non-renewable energy mining and production enterprise,coal enterprises need to purchase a large number of mining equipment that meets the requirements under the background of environmental protection,efficiency and intelligence,so it is bound to produce more procurement costs.In order to effectively reduce such costs,we should analyze the procurement source and reduce unnecessary costs as much as possible.This requires coal enterprises to reasonably and effectively control the procurement cost of mining equipment.As a large coal enterprise,M Company purchases a large number of mining equipment and a variety of types,and the procurement cost accounts for more than 70% of its operating cost.Taking this research opportunity,we will specifically study all kinds of problems in the procurement of mining equipment by M Company,so as to realize the scientific control of the procurement cost of mining equipment,improve the company’s operation ability,ultimately expand the influence of M Company in the industry,and improve the competitiveness of M company in the domestic and foreign markets.This paper takes M Company as an example to carry out research,reviews relevant domestic and foreign literature from the two aspects of cost and procurement,and summarizes them.Firstly,the study analyzes the cost control of M Company’s procurement of mining equipment,and investigates the management status of this situation by combining relevant theories and using the method of questionnaire,so as to find and analyze the control problems and causes of M company’s procurement cost of mining equipment.Then further in-depth discussion of such problems,in the exploration of M company mining equipment procurement cost control target demand,based on the effective solution to the problem;Finally,combined with the specific solutions,the corresponding implementation guarantee methods are put forward,that is,M company can ensure the smooth implementation of countermeasures from three aspects: strengthening the talent construction of mining equipment procurement cost control team,establishing and improving the management system of procurement bidding and improving the system of procurement control and supervision,and finally achieving the cost control goal.
