| In recent years,with the proposal of the "Four Revolutions,One Cooperation" new energy security strategy,the number of power grid transmission and transformation projects has been increasing day by day,and their construction safety management involves a wide range of aspects and multiple links.If not done well,there will be significant safety hazards,and the consequences are unimaginable.Therefore,in the process of increasing the construction of power transmission and transformation projects in China,continuously improving the power grid structure,and promoting the development and construction of new energy supply and consumption systems,how to scientifically evaluate the construction safety management of power transmission and transformation projects,formulate effective management measures,and ensure the safety goals of the projects has become an important topic in the current construction safety management of power transmission and transformation projects.The construction of the 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation project involves many open-air operations and high-altitude operations,involving multiple processes and professional types,high scientific and technological content,a large amount of electrical installation work,complex and constantly changing construction environment,with a high degree of complexity and diversity.Especially with the introduction and application of new technologies such as prefabricated and green construction,although it brings advantages such as simple on-site installation,fast construction speed,and small impact on the surrounding environment,But it also poses new problems for engineering construction safety management,such as difficulty in controlling the construction cycle,uneven construction quality,difficulty in managing construction site safety,and numerous potential unsafe and uncertain factors.This article takes the 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation project as the research object,and conducts research on the evaluation index system and evaluation model of engineering construction management from the perspective of power construction safety management.By studying relevant literature at home and abroad,summarizing and summarizing research results in the same industry,this paper analyzes the construction safety management of 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation projects,and obtains five primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators in terms of personnel quality,management rules and regulations,environmental management,technical management,and instrument and equipment management.A construction safety management evaluation index system for 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation projects is constructed.To overcome the characteristics of traditional Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)that is too subjective and evaluation indicators are too single,this article uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine subjective weights,entropy weight method to determine objective weights,and the principle of minimum discriminant information for combination weighting to obtain the weights of relevant evaluation indicators.The eigenvalues of the indicators are obtained,taking into account the randomness of security issues and referencing the concept of cloud models,Build a construction safety management evaluation cloud model for the 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation project,use Matlab to output cloud maps of various levels of indicators,calculate the corresponding similarity and membership,and conclude that the project construction safety management is good and feasible.Specific improvement and prevention measures are proposed for personnel and environmental management to ensure the improvement of the construction safety management goals of the 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation project.Through the effective combination of theory and practice,the feasibility of the evaluation index system and evaluation model for the construction safety management of 220 k V coastal power transmission and transformation projects constructed in this article has been verified.This has great reference and reference significance for carrying out construction safety management of other similar types and voltage level power transmission and transformation projects in China in the future. |
