| The power transmission and transformation projects are very important in the power grid construction of power companies.In the process of project implementation,the number of project personnel involved is relatively large,and the safety management requirements are also relatively high.Therefore,the safety management of these projects is an important content in the process of project implementation.At present,the project safety management work is mainly carried out through project safety management system and project personnel management system in Liangshan power supply company.There are some problems under this management mode,such as nonstandard management process and low work efficiency,etc.In order to improve the efficiency of project safety management and establish a standardized safety supervision and management system,under the leadership of Sichuan electric power company,Liangshan power supply company proposed the research and development task of power safety supervision standardization management system.In this thesis,the design and implementation of the system are studied and analyzed.In the research,the status and trend of power engineering project safety management informatization at home and abroad are analyzed,and the related technologies of system development are summarized,including Java Web technology,SSH mode,OGG technology,etc.Then the system requirements analysis,according to the company’s power engineering project safety management situation,the necessity of system research and development is proposed,and the functional requirements,interactive requirements and performance requirements of the system are summarized.According to the demand analysis of the system,the function design of the system is carried out.The interactive function scheme and the division of the function module are analyzed emphatically,as well as the internal function logic framework and Java function class of each function module.Based on the function design of the system,the implementation of the system is analyzed by using java web technology and OGG technology,the ideas and methods of data interaction function realization of the system is introduced in detail,and the implementation process and operation effect of the system function modules is analyzed.Finally,the system is tested,and the function and performance of the system are analyzed.It is concluded that the system meets the expected requirements.The application of this system can effectively improve the implementation efficiency of the safety management of the power transmission and transformation project of Liangshan power supply company.Through the promotion and application of the system in the whole province,a set of standardized business platform for safety supervision of engineering projects can be established,which could provide safety guarantee for the implementation of power transmission and transformation projects. |
