With the development of economy and the progress of social civilization,people’s consumption ideas begin to turn to pursue inner satisfaction,pay attention to the relationship between people,return to the state of natural simplicity,pay more attention to the spiritual culture.People’s life can not be separated from the diet,modern people’s dietary concept is turning to vegan diet that is about the balance of vegetables and fruits,concerning about the health and environmental protection.The vegan industry,which has grown over the years and has just moved from niche market to a mass market.The industry needs innovation and energy.Based on the times,the vegan product is melting the essence of vegan cultural,through the remaking of the cultural creation industry change to the new cultural products which from the vegan life and covers people’s daily life-goods.As a necessity of spiritual civilization,cultural and creative products meet people’s needs of spiritual consumption,green,healthy,personalized and high level,and the integration of vegan product and cultural creativity is just in line with the current development situation.L life hall was founded under the background of this era,dedicated to the development,creation and promotion of vegan cultural and creative products,giving full play to the inheritance function of vegan culture,providing a product experience environment,and offering vegan culture courses,providing a platform for consumers to understand vegan culture,experiencing the vegan cultural products and vegan life style.Based on the 7Ps marketing theory,using L life hall vegan cultural and creative products as a case,exploring the application of the theory during the product sales.First of all,from L life hall,this paper analyzes the internal and external environment by PEST analysis method,and then clarifies the competitive environment of L life hall by using Porter’s five forces law.Secondly,using SWOT analysis to get the results of Matrix analysis,at the same time,for the vegan cultural products of the market segmentation of the target market choice,cleared product position,established marketing objectives.Then,combining 7Ps with experiential marketing,from seven aspects,like product,price,place,promotion,person,process and the physical to formulate L life hall Vegan culture and creation product’s marketing strategy.At last,guaranteed of marketing strategy implementation from five aspects:human resource guarantee,organization structure guarantee,technology guarantee,customer resource guarantee and enterprise brand construction guarantee.Based on the marketing strategy of L life hall,this paper studied the marketing strategy and the implementation guarantee of the marketing strategy.The conclusions not only ensuring the sustainable development of L life hall,but also providing a reference for those who want to get in the vegan industry.
