With the rapid development of economy,the economic development of our country has changed from a rapid development to a high quality development stage.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is proposed to "establish a sound green,low-carbon and circular development economic system",which points out the development goals for China’s high-quality economic development under the background of the new era.Moreover,it is also proposed in the Party’s 20 major reports that China will deepen reform,create internationally competitive digital industry clusters,and actively promote green and low-carbon development.However,the economic belt of the Yangtze River is the best economic belt in geographical location and economic foundation of our country.It plays an important position in the overall pattern of regional economic development and is a leading soldier to lead the high-quality economic development of our country.Therefore,it is necessary to study the interaction between the development level of digital economy,the innovation level of green technology and the efficiency of carbon emission in the economic belt,so as to provide some suggestions for high-quality economic development.Based on the data of 105prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,this paper sorts out the interaction between the development level of digital economy,green technology innovation and carbon emission efficiency,calculates the specific values of the three variables by establishing a certain index system,and analyzes the heterogeneity of the economic belt by distinguishing the upper,middle and lower reaches,so as to explore the interaction between variables of different economic development regions.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,relevant conclusions are drawn and relevant suggestions are put forward.First of al,the literature related to digital economy,green technology innovation level and carbon emission efficiency was sorted out.Through pairwise analysis of the three variables,the interaction relationship between the variables was preliminarily obtained.Then,by referring to the index model established by some scholars and taking the data of 105 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt from 2010 to 2020 as the basis,entropy method and data envelopment method are used to calculate the digital economy development level,green technology innovation level and carbon emission efficiency within the economic belt,providing data support for subsequent empirical analysis.Next,from the whole economic belt and the upper,middle and lower reaches as the distinction,through the establishment of PVAR model for empirical analysis.First,from the level of the whole economic belt: ○1 reen technology innovation and green technology innovation and the development of digital economy have a positive impact on the improvement of carbon emission efficiency;○2 In the early stage,the improvement of carbon emission efficiency will have a certain inhibitory effect on green technology innovation and the development level of digital economy,but this effect will gradually disappear.This may be due to the increase of carbon emissions caused by the investment of relevant basic implementation and R&D resources in the early stage of development;○3The impact of carbon emission efficiency on the whole presents an inverted "U" shape,that is,it first increases and then decreases.Secondly,from the upper,middle and lower reaches: ○1 Through the establishment of spatial Dubin model,it is found that there are obvious spatial agglomeration effect and spatial spillover effect between different regions.;○2 In the upstream region,there is no correlation among the three variables,and their influence on each other is weak;○3 In the middle stream and upstream regions,with the gradual improvement of economic conditions,the three variables begin to form a certain relationship.The improvement of carbon emission efficiency has a certain time lag to the improvement of digital economy level and green technology innovation level,but this impact will decrease with the passing of time.Finally,according to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,the full paper is summarized,and relevant suggestions.
