In recent years,although the haze problem has improved in China,it can not be ignored.At the same time,the indoor air quality problem has become the focus of social attention.Using air filtration system to filter outdoor air is an effective way to control atmospheric particles and realize indoor air purification.The filtration system with different grade of filter material combination is widely used,but there is no relevant research on its resistance efficiency performance in the filtration process.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out this research to guide its correct application.In this study,G3/G4/M5 and F7/F8/F9 were selected as the first filter material and the second filter material.Through the resistance and efficiency characteristics of the two-stage filter system in the dust loading experiment,the combination characteristics of the two-stage filter materials were explored to provide guidance for the rational use of the filter materials.Through the analysis of resistance characteristics,it can be seen that from the perspective of resistance change in the three experimental stages of the first stage filter material,when the second stage filter material is F7/F8/F9 filter material,the service life difference of M5 filter material is small,which is more conducive to the full use of the first stage.Considering the protection of the first filter material to the second filter material from the perspective of the pressure drop of the second filter material,the second filter material is F7/F8/F9,and the M5 filter material selected for the first filter material can better protect the second filter material.By recording the concentration change at the end of the two-stage filtration system,the change rule of filtration efficiency between different combinations of filter materials and different combinations of wind speed in the two-stage filtration system is reflected.The experimental results show that the filtration efficiency of the two-stage filtration system is lower than that of G4/M5 in the first stage when the second stage is fixed and G3 in the first stage.With the time going on,the combined filtration efficiency of G3 in the first stage is higher than that of G4/M5 in the first stage.The discharge concentration of the system can reach a lower level when the second filter material is the same and the first filter material is G3/G4/M5 respectively;but when the first filter material is G3,the discharge concentration of the system changes greatly and fluctuates greatly,and when the first filter material is M5,the discharge concentration of the system changes little and fluctuates little.The filtration efficiency of the system under different wind speed combinations can meet the requirements that the smaller the first level wind speed is,the higher the filtration efficiency of the system is,and the smaller the second level wind speed is,the higher the filtration efficiency of the system is.The research results can provide guidance for the selection of filter material and filter air speed in two-stage air filtration system.
