| In design,the reactor needs to consider the influence of non-reference accidents and limiting accidents on reactors,such as gap accident in first loop,loss of flow accident,etc.To ensure the safety of reactors under accident conditions.It is necessary to dissipate the heat under these operating conditions,taking the remaining heat through the coolant,and discharging in the form of a gas.Although liquefaction reduces the content of the nucleation,the outlet position still requires a filter.This article uses multi-channel microfluidic inertial filters to clean the gas.Since the design has been completed in the early stage,the design is to explore the filtering effect in the microfluidic state to pursue better filtration efficiency.Relying on the extensive application of the filter containment discharge system as the background,this paper studies the filtration efficiency and pressure drop of the inertial filter under microfluidic conditions,using complex factor separation,porous media pressure drop function,and a combination of experiment and fitting.We can obtain the pressure drop and efficiency change characteristics of the known filter under the conditions of different temperatures,humidities,pressures,etc..The significance of this research lies in the fact that it is impossible to analyze complex situations,it continuously strips off the composition and simplifies the relationship and infers its approximate quantitative fitting relationship.The study of this topic can describe the different conditions of the filter in order to find that the pressure drop curve and the efficiency can be inferred directly by changing the conditions.This paper uses fitting and experimental combination of three-phase flow problems.After processing the two-phase flow,the fluid physics characteristics are finished,and the liquid phase is used to take a fluid,into the physical parameters,and measurement data,and then conclusively,the content is:performing normal temperature regulative pressure drop,efficiency test,based on physical properties.At present,the measurement efficiency is difficult due to the difficulty of the liquid phase,only the pressure drop and humidity are explored.A temperature change transformer drop experiment is done to obtain formulas.Finally,the pressure drop is validated by the formula to conclusively conclusively with the humidity correlation. |
