| The flotation process is a process that uses the mineral’s hydrophilic,hydrophobic or aerobic and oleophobic properties to separate the minerals.It is an essential part of the beneficiation process and plays a very important role in the beneficiation process.It directly determines the quality of the product obtained.The flotation process has the characteristics of multi-variable,strong coupling,strong non-linearity,etc.It is difficult and risky to directly run and debug it on industrial field production equipment.Usually a piece of simulation software is needed to simulate the flotation process,while the running data of traditional simulation software is stored locally,and the simulation results can only be viewed locally,which has poor scalability.In order to solve this problem,this paper models the iron ore flotation process,realizes the real-time storage and reading of data in Alibaba Cloud server,and develops a virtual object module,process monitoring module,cloud monitoring module,and cloud database The composition of the experimental simulation platform provides an experimental platform and supporting environment for the characteristics research and engineering verification of the flotation process.Based on the establishment of object model and process monitoring,this paper designs and develops cloud-based flotation process simulation software.The flotation process simulation software includes a virtual object module,a cloud monitoring module,a process monitoring module,and a cloud database.Among them,the virtual object module mainly realizes the dynamic simulation of the flotation cell and its material flow during the flotation process;the process monitoring module realizes the real-time display of operating data and trend charts;the cloud monitoring module implements the web page remote monitoring,including the development of web-based human-machine interface and the development of cloud platform business code.The virtual object model program is developed by Matlab,the process control program is developed by step7,the local monitoring is developed by WinCC,and the cloud monitoring is developed using Visual Studio Code.The database is deployed on Alibaba Cloud server to realize real-time storage of running data.The communication link between the simulation model program and process monitoring is realized by the OPC communication protocol,and the data communication between the simulation model program and the cloud server is realized by the JDBC communication protocol.In this paper,by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of the flotation process,a dynamic mechanism model of the flotation cell is established by using the principle of material conservation and Harris two-phase flotation kinetic model.Based on this,the mechanism of the whole process of flotation process is established by combining the connection relationship of each material flow in the flotation process.Finally,through the flotation process simulation experiment,the validity of the dynamic mechanism model is verified by comparing the operation results with actual production data.After the cloud server deploys the cloud monitoring module,functional tests and response time tests are performed.The results show that the effectiveness and practicability of the developed system architecture. |
