The coal mine safety production in the planning of12-5as a major issue that is critical to the people’s life and property security, it is reform development and harmonious stabilizing the situation and the top priority of production safety. Sensors as monitoring safety production in coal mine like "eyes", its accuracy and reliability has become the key technical indicators in coal mine safety monitoring system. The accuracy and reliability of sensor inspection is required to the sensor for timing adjustments, sensor calibration technology is not high degree of automation in view of the domestic, artificial sensor can easy set-up existing human error, especially for poisonous and harmful gas sensor would make adjustments of poor safety personnel, it is existing set-up device that can only for a single gas sensor calibration, cannot achieve high efficiency, high quality, and accurate and complete problems such as task safely set-up. This paper developed a smart mine gas sensor remote intelligent calibration system, it can make the set-up of the sensor automation, precision process, secure, and can be used for a variety of gas sensor calibration function, to ensure safety production in coal mine, it is great significance. This paper in depth understanding of mine gas sensor intelligent measuring principle and sensors set-up procedures, on the basis of analysis of mine gas intelligent sensors, remote control device of infrared emission signal transmission principle and correct way, it developed a set distance monitoring, automatic adjustment, intelligence analysis, data storage, statements management for the integration of intelligent calibration device of remote monitoring system. Set-up to put forward the new sensor calibration plan, this system for the poisonous and harmful gas to break through the bottleneck of sensor calibration, make collimation more intelligent.The system using configuration monitoring software as a development platform, and adopt standard MODBUS communication protocol and the set-up of serial communication devices, it used the CMAC with PID composite control precise control of the gas flow. Users in the sensor calibration, according to the actual requirements with set-up device set-up send set-up control instruction, the adjustment according to the control device known as pneumatic control instructions and the standard of the sensor flow standard breath, and the set-up of the frequency of the sensor signal collection, will the results back to the real-time collection system. The system through the sensor range information after conversion density, the density of sensor real-time dynamic display, numerical stability for sensors, through the error correction system selected calibration sensor to choose, the system get into the infrared automatic closed loop system set-up, using infrared sensor for automatic control technology for the closed-loop adjustments. After the completion of the set-up, that is to practice the performance of the sensor detection, including basic error determination, response time calculation, and data to be automatic association reports and data storage, trend curve analysis, using the configuration and database of interactive technology of the sensors to determine the indicators of performance, and concludes that the sensor performance results.To sum up, this system improvement in mine gas sensor calibration device automation level, saving time and personnel cost set-up, effectively improve the mine gas sensor calibration device’s working efficiency and security, and at the same time guarantee the safety of coal production.
