Research On The Governance Problems And Countermeasures Of Qinhu National Wetland Park

At present,China is in a critical period of ecological civilization construction,the national natural resources and ecological environment management situation is very serious,how to better carry out wetland management is both a historical and developmental need,but also an important element of the new era of ecological civilization construction.Wetlands as an important part of the ecological environment,not only rich in biodiversity and cultural diversity,but also has multiple values,including ecological,tourism and socio-economic value.Qinhu National Wetland Park is a national wetland park and an important ecological tourist site in Jiangsu Province,with a unique natural geography and rich resources,a wetland ecosystem rich in conservation value,therefore,the local government should take scientific and effective measures to strengthen the management of Qinhu wetland in order to maintain and improve the natural wetland environment and achieve sustainable development of wetland ecology.The theoretical support of ecological civilization theory,collaborative governance theory,the use of literature research method,case study method,interview method and other research methods,the Qinhu National Wetland Park governance problems and the causes of induction analysis,based on the advanced experience of national wetland park governance at home and abroad,the Qinhu National Wetland Park governance of specific measures.Qinhu National Wetland Park has gone through three governance stages:pilot governance,comprehensive governance,and transformational governance,and has achieved remarkable results in ecological,economic and social aspects,but in recent years there are three problems in the governance of Qinhu National Wetland Park:difficulties in the transition to ecological governance,multiple governance bodies have not yet formed a synergy,and backward wetland governance technology.Analysis of the causes of the above problems,mainly the governance concept deviation,governance system fragmentation,governance funds are insufficient.By analyzing the experience of domestic and foreign wetland governance,the corresponding governance countermeasures,that is,to establish a modern concept of ecological governance,the establishment of a sound overall governance of the institutional mechanism,with new technologies to help modernize the governance of Qinhu National Wetland Park.
