With the development of industrial and agricultural economy,our agricultural production area is enduring different degree of environmental risks.It is an important measure to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products to implement effective control measures for agricultural products with environmental risks.However,different risk management and control technologies have their own advantages,disadvantages and adaptability,and their management and control effects are also different.In order to reasonably select the risk management and control technologies applicable to the environmental risk areas of agricultural production areas and objectively evaluate the management and control effects,it is urgent to construct a set of evaluation index system to provide scientific basis for screening risk management and control technologies and evaluating the effect of risk management and control,so as to achieve accurate prevention and control of environmental risks of agricultural production areas.By reviewing literature,the status quo of environmental pollution of agricultural producing area was analyzed,the characteristics of risk control technology of agricultural producing area were summarized,and the common methods of constructing evaluation index system were sorted out.By referring to relevant standards and technical specifications and consulting expert opinions,the risk management technology and effect evaluation index are determined.The weights of each index were determined by expert consultation-analytic hierarchy process,and the environmental risk control technology and effect evaluation index system of agricultural products were constructed respectively.According to the characteristics of risk management and control technology,the scoring standard of risk management and control technology evaluation index is established by using equal spacing method.By referring to relevant standards and statistical data,standard value,single factor index method,Nemerow comprehensive index method,fuzzy mathematics method and other methods were adopted,combined with expert consultation,to establish the scoring standard of risk control effect evaluation index.TOPSIS method was adopted as the comprehensive evaluation method of risk management and control technology evaluation index system,and the optimal risk management and control technology suitable for risk management and control region was determined.The multi-objective weighting method is adopted as the comprehensive evaluation method of risk control effect evaluation index system,and the risk control effect is divided into excellent,good and unqualified three levels.The evaluation index system was used to evaluate the environmental risk control technology and effect of polluted agricultural products in Zeguo Town,Wenling City,Zhejiang Province and Shouning County,Ningde City,Fujian Province,respectively.The evaluation results showed that:The environmental risk control technologies applicable to Zeguo Town of Wenling City for polluted agricultural products include directional control,planting structure adjustment and passivation conditioning technology.The three risk control technologies were evaluated,and their advantages and disadvantages were in the order of directional control,passivation conditioning and planting structure adjustment technology.In the actual management and control process,this region adopted targeted regulation as the risk control technology,and the evaluation result of risk control effect after management and control was unqualified.The overstandard rate of agricultural pollutants still exceeds the standard after control,so the control effect can be directly judged to be unqualified.Among the evaluation indexes,the overstandard rate of soil pollutants has not reached the control target after control,and irrigation water quality has not been effectively improved during the control period,so the evaluation scores of the two indexes are low,which also affects the overall control effect of the region.The environmental risk control technologies applicable to Shouning County of Ningde City include directional control,passivation conditioning and planting structure adjustment technologies.The evaluation results of risk control technologies are in the same order as those applied to Zeguo Town of Wenling City.In the actual control process of this region,directional control and planting structure adjustment were adopted as risk control technology,and the evaluation result of risk control effect after control was excellent.Among the evaluation indexes,except irrigation water quality,which shows a downward trend during the management period,has a lower score compared with other indexes.However,the overall irrigation water quality in this region is in a relatively clean state,so the overall control effect of this region is not affected.
