Research On Purchasing Risk Evaluation And Control Of BN Manufacturing Enterprises

As the initial link of production and manufacturing,procurement is the main way for manufacturing enterprises to obtain raw materials,equipment,low-value consumables and other materials.Procurement cost is an important part of production cost of manufacturing enterprises.However,in the process of reducing the procurement cost,there are a variety of problems in many links,such as how to purchase according to the needs of the enterprise,how to compare equipment outsourcing and self-control,how to ensure the quality,efficiency and timeliness of procurement activities,etc.,which are filled in the beginning and end of procurement activities.These problems not only hinder the normal procurement schedule,but also bring different procurement risks to enterprises.In recent years,Chinese manufacturing industry is in the critical period of industrial upgrading and transformation,experts and scholars at home and abroad pay particular attention to its risk management problems,but the research on procurement risk is less and generally difficult to carry out.This is because many manufacturing firms tend to be family-owned,clique-like organisations and are reluctant to reveal their purchasing shortcomings.In addition,the complex diversity of the concealment of the procurement,procurement,procurement related personnel of the cover-up,and many other reasons,makes more difficult for a manufacturing enterprise procurement activities for accurate risk assessment itself,leading to such manufacturing enterprises procurement risk controls cannot have the corresponding risk control effect.The object of this paper is the BN manufacturing enterprise,which is a representative enterprise in the traditional electronic manufacturing industry.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research results of procurement risk at home and abroad,the concept and classification of procurement risk,as well as the theory of risk evaluation and risk management and control,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for the whole paper.Secondly,based on the results of the questionnaire survey,combined with the actual situation of purchasing activities of BN manufacturing enterprises and the characteristics of purchasing activities of manufacturing enterprises,the status quo of purchasing activities,procurement types and related procurement processes of BN manufacturing enterprises are elaborated and analyzed,and finally the evaluation index of purchasing risks of BN manufacturing enterprises is established.Then,the risk factors are analyzed from three aspects of external environment,procurement process and procurement management,and the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to construct the procurement risk evaluation system with 3 first-level indicators and 15 second-level indicators.Finally,the corresponding risk control measures are put forward to promote the more perfect and effective operation of procurement activities and avoid similar traditional manufacturing industries from falling into the same procurement problems.
