Mineral processing is a typical process industry which has a very long production line and complicated procedures,and one procedure usually contains many large equipments.In case of one equipment’s abnormal shutdown or serious failure during production,it would make a serious affect on the subsequent production process.Therefore,monitoring the equipment’s running condition and analyze the data are very important to improve equipments’efficency and prevent breakdowns,by which the system could be more intelligent.However,most of the existing equipment monitoring systems are specialized software in the central monitoring room so that it’s not universal.The statistics data for equipment condition exceedingly relies on the Excel report,which is single-mode and not intuitive.There is lacking efficient data analysis system for equipment fault tracing and other problems,which make system not intelligent.Client/Server development mode leads the system to a difficault way to update after published and not easy to expand or reuse.In conclusion,the development of a maintain-easily equipment condition monitoring system with efficient visual analysis ability has become an urgent demand for enterprises.Data visualization technology can transform the data from mathematical statistics or analysis algorithms into intuitive images which are easy to understand and can provide interactive tools to analysis.It is an important method in the field of data analysis.In the context of Intelligent Manufacturing,applying data visualization technology to the industry field is becoming a research tendency.On the basis of studying the existing equipment status monitoring system,this paper uses data visualization technology to raise up the system.The main research work of this paper is described as follows:(1)According to the study for research situation of the existing equipment monitoring system and visualization technology,this paper analyzes the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system.Based on the requirements,a scalable monitoring and visual analysis system for mineral processing equipment with data analysis capability is proposed.(2)With the demand of the equipment condition monitoring system,this paper redesigns an equipment condition monitoring system based on general function.With the help of visual analysis tools,this paper mainly designs the visual plantform which could display data from the general overview of the all equipments’ condition to a single equipment’s details.In addition,this paper achieved an interactional method which could analysis from equipment failure back to the failure equipment parameter’s trend.(3)By Web technology,this paper develops a system with B/S architecture to make it easy to maintain.The front-end module is designed with the idea of component reuse to improve the scalability of the system.Popular visualization tools is added to increase the visual ability of the system.Data acquisition module relies on MES.The database uses the Oracle database.Back-end chooses Java-SSM frame.Front-end uses the Vue.js series.D3 and ECharts are used for visualization.Finally,this paper developed an equipment condition monitoring system with functions as follows:equipment indicators monitoring,abnormal alarm record,statistics report,equipment runtime statistics,fault tracing analysis,equipment’s basic information management and system management.(4)By using the actual equipment operation data collected from the mineral processing plant of jiugang,this paper verifies the core module of the proposed condition monitoring and visual analysis system for mineral processing equipments.The verification results show that the developed system is compatible with traditional operating habits and more intuitive.In conclusion,the proposed visualization platform can be used to realize the monitoring and analysis functions of equipment condition.
