The coal industry is an industry that is difficult and threatening to safety.Ensuring its safe production is an important guarantee for the long-term and stable development of Chinese coal enterprises.A coal mine production safety monitoring system that can monitor the safety status of the mine in real time and schedule management in time is of great significance to improve the safety production efficiency of coal mining enterprises.At present,the application development based on the server side has been very perfect.However,with the popularization of mobile intelligent terminal equipment and the vigorous development of mobile Internet technology,the use of mobile office software has provided great convenience for enterprise managers,and it is an inevitable trend to strengthen coal mine safety management.At present,due to the limitation of coal mine professional knowledge background,the mobile office software for coal mine enterprises is not perfect.In this thesis,combined with the actual needs of coal mine production management,an Android mobile terminal software suitable for coal mine safety monitoring and equipment fault diagnosis is developed.The topic of this thesis comes from the research topic of the supervisor.The main research results include the following aspects:(1)Aiming at the lack of dedicated mobile monitoring software for coal mines,this thesis,through in-depth investigation and analysis of the production management needs of coal mining enterprises,takes Android as the software development platform,and uses MPAndroid visualization technology to develop a coal mine-specific monitoring software with friendly interface and simple operation.(2)In view of the problems of untimely data transmission and poor real-time performance of traditional coal mine monitoring software,this thesis uses the WebSocket real-time communication technology,and designs and integrates the server-side Sql Server database and the mobile-side Sqlite database to reduce the communication pressure on the server side and achieve low monitoring data.delayed transmission.(3)Aiming at the problem that the coal mine mobile monitoring software lacks the function of equipment failure analysis,this thesis establishes the fault diagnosis model of the entropy domain fusion feature and the improved probabilistic neural network through the analysis of the main reasons for the failure of the coal mine production face equipment,and realizes the coal mine production.Diagnose the fault types of the bearings of key parts of the equipment(motors,drums,reducers)on the working surface,and visualize the statistical results of equipment faults on the mobile terminal to help coal mine managers better analyze faulty equipment data.The system ultimately implements the tasks of remote monitoring of the mining environment and equipment operation status and online analysis of production equipment fault on the Android mobile platform,which effectively improves the start-up rate of equipment and ensures the safety of coal mine production.There are 50 pictures,16 tables,and 67 references in the thesis. |
