The Practical Application Of Color-changing Fibers In The Work "City Memory

In addition to the traditional culture and weaving craft,fiber art has advanced with the times,combining fiber material and technology to build the social context of the times and express individual ideas and consciousness.Based on the graduation design work "City Memory",the main purpose of this paper is to study the performance of color-changing fiber in practice,taking the characteristic elements of Harbin as the carrier of "memory",using thread as the brush and the change of temperature to structure the interactive experience of this work.The visual effect and texture of the variegated fiber are presented through the tufting process.The aim of this creation is to call for people to increase their confidence in regional culture,and to improve the dissemination of fiber art to the public through the popular technology of today.
