Design And Research On Automatic Stand Building And Access System For Land Drilling Rig

The oil drilling process requires a large number of stand building,which are made by connecting three drill pipes.At present,the mainstream way of stand building in China is to transport the drill pipe from the ground to the drilling platform through the power catwalk,and then,the workers operate the drill pipe power tongs on the drilling platform to complete the stand building work.In this way,the power catwalk needs to be worked frequently during pipe transfer and recovery,which is not only inefficient,but also poses the risk of working at altitude.To solve these problems,a set of automatic stand building and access system of land drill is designed to realize the automatic access of drill pipe and the automatic stand building on the ground,so as to improve the efficiency and safety of drilling operations.First of all,combined with the current needs of the land drilling site,the system of discharge and recovery of single drill pipe,single drill pipe transfer,connection and disassembly of stand building and stand building transfer four functional modules are studied and analyzed,the overall design scheme is formulated,and its working process is introduced.Secondly,respectively for the four functional modules for detailed structural design,the key parts of the necessary analysis and calculation,and the use of UG software to each part of the three-dimensional modeling;Then,using ANSYS Workbench software to carry out statics simulation analysis of the main stress components,to verify the rationality of the designed structure,the results meet the strength requirements.Finally,according to the functional requirements of the system,formulate the electrical and hydraulic integrated control scheme,design the hydraulic schematic diagram,and complete the selection and calculation of the main components.According to the demand of I/O points,select the appropriate PLC controller and expansion module,design the electrical control schematic,use STEP7-Micro WIN SMART software to write the control program.The automatic stand building and access system of the land rig designed and studied in this paper realizes the automatic access of the drill pipe and the automatic stand building on the ground,which significantly improves the degree of automation and safety of drilling operations,improves the efficiency of drilling operations,and provides a research basis for the subsequent research and development of drill pipe treatment system.
