In recent years,the coverage of HS oilfield pipeline network has been continuously extended,and the number and density of pipelines have been continuously increased.However,due to the lack of effective monitoring means and risk assessment system,accidents can not be found in advance and pipeline failure information can not be warned,which finally increases the difficulty of daily pipeline management.In view of the above problems,this paper studies and develops the HS pipeline evaluation and early warning system by combining the relevant technologies such as risk assessment and emergency management.Firstly,the related technologies needed for the system implementation are studied.According to the basic situation of HS oilfield pipeline operation,the pipeline failure rate is calculated,the various accident causes of pipeline failure over the years are systematically analyzed,and the main risk factors leading to HS oilfield pipeline failure are summarized;On the basis of Kent scoring model,the weight of indexes at all levels is recalculated by using analytic hierarchy process,and a risk assessment model in line with the actual situation of HS pipeline failure is obtained;According to the semi quantitative risk assessment technology,the single factor failure probability calculation logic is studied,and the failure probability level and failure consequence level are divided;The necessity of compiling the emergency plan for oil and gas pipelines is analyzed,and the pipeline emergency management process and emergency disposal measures are studied.Secondly,starting from the functional requirements,performance requirements and application requirements of the system,this paper makes a detailed analysis and determination of the objectives to be achieved by the evaluation of the early warning system;The overall architecture and functional modules of the system are designed in detail,and the system database is designed accordingly,and the relevant data tables are established;In the process of system development and implementation,the method of combining React framework with Ant Design Pro is used to build the front-end interface,and through ECharts,Node.js and Webpack realize data visualization and system modularization,including data statistical analysis,risk assessment,emergency management,dynamic monitoring,early warning and prediction,knowledge expansion and other functions.Finally,the typical pipelines in HS oilfield are selected for practical application of the risk calculation and failure probability calculation functions of the system risk assessment module.According to the system calculation results,the evaluation and early warning system can accurately calculate the risk value and single factor failure probability that conform to the actual situation of the pipeline,and can give corresponding preventive measures for the current failure status,So as to help the staff to manage the pipeline timely and effectively.According to the actual situation and problems of HS oilfield,this paper develops and implements an evaluation and early warning system integrating risk calculation,early warning and prediction,dynamic monitoring and knowledge expansion,which greatly improves the ability of the oilfield to deal with all kinds of pipeline accidents,and is conducive to field operators to deal with pipeline accidents quickly and properly.It is of great significance to ensure the safety production of HS oilfield pipeline and improve its risk management level.
