| China has now entered the stage of high quality development,and the country has put forward higher requirements for innovation guidance in various fields.As an important part of the industrial sector,the petrochemical refining and new chemical materials industry are facing the new situation of slowing economic growth,suppressed demand and declining profits,and more importantly,innovation is needed to lead the development.Among many forms of enterprise innovation,enterprise research institute is one of the important platforms for enterprise innovation.However,there is still a big gap between the development of domestic enterprise research institute and the international level,especially the lack of research on the operating mechanism of enterprise innovation system.By elaborating the innovation background and relevant theories of domestic and foreign enterprise research institutes,this paper makes an in-depth study of JB enterprise’s competitive environment and core competitiveness,and focuses on exploring the construction of its innovation system and the development of its innovation driving force.In order to obtain the mechanism which can guide the operation of the innovation system of the research institute in general petrochemical and refining enterprises,this paper also optimizes the design of the innovation system and operation mechanism of JB enterprise research institute.The significance of this study mainly includes three aspects.First,it analyzes the shortcomings of JB enterprise innovation system and provides optimization suggestions for the sustainable development and growth of JB enterprise.Secondly,the cases and methods of system transformation innovation results are summarized to provide reference for petrochemical and refining enterprises;Thirdly,it summarizes the advantages of JB enterprise Research Institute’s operating mechanism and provides an innovative case for the development of Chinese chemical industry.This paper analyzes the innovation status of JB Enterprise Research Institute and the innovation development of related enterprises.PEST and SWOT are adopted to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the enterprise and research institute,and the problems to be solved in innovation which are put forward from the macro level.At the same time,combining with the enterprise practice of JB,we innovatively puts forward the"five-heart multidimensional analysis method" and makes a comprehensive evaluation and scoring of JB enterprise research Institute and its related enterprises by integrating literature research and cases analysis,deeply discusses the problems and specific causes of the operation mechanism of the existing innovation system,and evaluates the effectiveness of the operation mechanism of the innovation system.This paper makes the following innovative system research in response to the above problems:(1)The innovation input should be clear,the conversion of old and new kinetic energy,"dual carbon" and other policies put forward new requirements for enterprise innovation,JB enterprise research Institute needs to seriously study the national strategic needs,timely revision of the innovation strategy,scientific formulation of medium and long-term development strategy,in the short term to solve the bottleneck of technical problems,and in the future to solve the new social development needs.(2)The innovation subject is dynamic to ensure that the innovation process is controllable,improve the innovation execution force and correction force of the organization with ingenuity and perseverance,give full play to the initiative of talents,create an innovation chain with complete elements,ensure that the whole innovation chain is connected,and provide comprehensive solutions for the transformation and upgrading of the Group.(3)The output end of innovation should be efficient.The benchmark sample enterprises should focus on improving the allocation of resources,and strive to achieve the transformation of innovation results from basic research and small trials to industrialization.In order to ensure the implementation of the innovation system of JB Enterprise Research Institute,the following optimization schemes are proposed:(1)Clarify the objectives of the innovation system,strengthen independent innovation,combine it with open innovation,crack the incubation problems of new technologies,and actively develop new products that meet the development needs of the Times.(2)Build an efficient innovation system,standardize the mechanism of resource classification and reasonable allocation according to the demands,so as to ensure the effectiveness of innovation.Specifically,the enterprise Research Institute as the core,which can overall optimization of the Group’s innovation platforms in order to form a joint force.(3)Always take social responsibility as an important guide,make an early plan on new materials and new products,build and constantly improve the effective operating mechanism with sustainable competitive advantages,and develop strengths and avoid weaknesses. |
