| There may be Yin and Yang particles and solid particles in the crude oil produced liquid,which corrodes the surface of pipe string and tool and causes material to fall off.On the other hand,particulate matter scour the metal wall,further aggravating the loss of pipe wall materials,resulting in pipe perforation,leakage,deformation and other accidents.In various anticorrosion and anti-erosion protection measures of oil and gas pipelines,surface treatment spraying coating is an effective,economic and environmental protection measure.The existing research on epoxy anti-loss coating focuses on changing additives to enhance the physical properties of the coating,but the research on the combination of coating with the actual working conditions of oil and gas pipelines is relatively few.Therefore,this paper prepared epoxy coating by adding different contents of go as reinforcement.According to the actual working condition of the oil and gas pipeline environment,the use of high-temperature autoclave corrosion experiment,the gas-solid two phase flow scouring experiment,test the modified graphene oxide/erosion wear resistance and corrosion resistance of epoxy coating,to explore the modified epoxy resin coating corrosion resistance to erosion wear mechanism,and adding alumina filler modification coating for further optimization.The results show that go can improve the modification of epoxy coating compared with pure epoxy coating.The modified coating prepared with 2wt%GO content has excellent properties.The anticorrosion performance of the modified coating was investigated,and the anticorrosion performance of the modified coating was greatly improved.In the environment of1wt%Na Cl solution and 40℃,the surface corrosion of the modified coating was slight and the anticorrosion effect was the best.The experimental results of erosion resistance of the modified coating show that the microhardness of the modified coating increases by 49.9%,and the erosion resistance increases by 68.1%.The erosion wear rate of the modified coating is the lowest when the impact velocity is 25m/s and the impact particle size is 0.3mm.When alumina filler is added,the anti-corrosion performance of the modified coating is further improved,the microhardness is increased by 73.7%,and the anti-corrosion and erosion wear performance of the modified coating is further strengthened.The main mechanism of enhanced corrosion resistance and erosion wear resistance of epoxy coating is that the crumpled GO can change the internal structure of EP,fill the pores of EP,lengthen the molecular chain of EP,increase the compactness of EP coating,and further hinder the entry of corrosive media.When the Al2O3 filler is added,the hydroxyl groups on the surface of the Al2O3 and GO are combined to form a network structure,which tighteneth the connection between molecules and increases the adhesion,forming defects at the edge of the modified coating,weakening the internal stress of the modified coating,dispersing the impact load of the modified coating,and acting synergically with GO.Further improve the corrosion resistance of GO/EP coating. |
