| In this paper,different amounts of reduced graphene oxide(RGO)were added into the epoxy resin coating,and the epoxy resin coating modified by RGO was successfully prepared.The heat and impermeability resistance of the coating and the corrosion resistance in high temperature and high salt environment were tested and the mechanism was studied.Finally,the appropriate amount of RGO is selected to prepare the graphene modified epoxy resin coating for industrial tubing,and the industrial test is carried out,which will provide data basis and technical support for the industrial application of graphene modified epoxy resin coating.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM),coating thickness gauge,and scratch method were used to test the chemical bond,functional group,morphology,morphology and basic physical and chemical properties of the modified coating.The heat resistance,impermeability resistance and corrosion resistance of epoxy resin coating with different content of RGO were tested by electrochemical workstation,scanning electron microscope(SEM),water vapor transmission test system,interface parameter integrated measurement system,thermogravimetry analyzer and corrosion test magnetic driven autoclave.The heat and corrosion resistance of epoxy resin coating with different content of RGO were also tested.The heat resistance,impermeability resistance corrosion resistance mechanism was also studied and discussed.The test results show that the addition of RGO can effectively improve the adhesion,heat resistance,impermeability and corrosion resistance of the coating in high temperature and high salt environment,but with the increase of the content of RGO,the agglomeration of RGO results in the decrease of the heat resistance,impermeability and corrosion resistance of the modified epoxy coating.The optimal amount of RGO is 1.0 wt%.Finally,the industrial test of the optimized graphene modified epoxy resin coating for industrial oil tubing was carried out,and the main construction process parameters of the coating were determined. |
