As one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China,the new materials industry is one of the ten key development directions of "Made in China 2025" and is the most promising high-tech industry for China’s manufacturing development.Synthetic resin and other new materials industry is a strategic emerging industry in China,which has important significance under the support of national strategic development plan and related industrial development policies.Especially in the "Made in China 2025" driven by the rapid development of China’s high-end manufacturing industry,shipbuilding,automotive,rail transportation,forging metallurgy,aerospace,consumer electronics and other industries,the growing demand for high-performance coatings,electronic inks,rubber and tire additives,high-precision copper-clad panels,reinforced composite materials and other products At the same time,the production and quality of special resin materials have also put forward higher requirements.Synthetic resin products are gradually developing from low level to medium and high level,and general resin to special resin development.China’s synthetic resin and composite materials industry started late,although after years of time has achieved significant development,but China’s synthetic resin industry,the high-end product self-sufficiency rate is low,the dependence on imports is greater,there is a structural overcapacity,the core technology is not mature,product quality to meet high-end demand and other bottlenecks,"neck The phenomenon of "stuck neck" is prominent,and the synthetic resin industry chain is in need of a breakthrough.To this end,China’s synthetic resin industry to increase technological innovation,especially to pay attention to collaborative innovation,to make up for the shortcomings of development and promote the upgrading of industry technology.In particular,we should focus on developing high-end synthetic resin products to meet the growing domestic demand for synthetic resin materials for automobiles,rail transportation,aerospace and high-end manufacturing,so that the initiative is in our own hands and form our own advantages.The only way for enterprises to break through the core and key technologies,promote the upgrading of the product structure of synthetic resin and composite materials,improve the market competitiveness of the company’s products,and form the core competitiveness of the enterprise is to improve the original innovation capability and accelerate the pace of synthetic resin technology research and development through independent innovation.Based on the theory of independent innovation,this paper takes JNSQ Group as the research object,adopts literature analysis,case study method,questionnaire method,and strategic analysis tools such as PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,EFE matrix,IFE matrix and SWOT analysis,and analyzes the external innovation environment and industry competition environment in which the company is located,combined with the analysis of the current situation of independent innovation,internal innovation resources and capabilities,and evaluation of independent innovation capability.The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the company’s independent innovation were clarified through the analysis of the external innovation environment and the competitive environment of the industry,combined with the analysis of the current situation of the company’s independent innovation,the analysis of internal innovation resources and capabilities,and the evaluation of independent innovation capabilities.Using QSPM matrix tool,the company should strengthen its advantages,make up for its shortcomings,and unswervingly take the path of original innovation development under the current situation,and on this basis,the development path of independent innovation is proposed,pointing out the implementation path of independent innovation strategy of strengthening basic research,guaranteeing technological innovation,targeting customer demand,developing high-end products,improving sales and service system,exploring new markets,leading the cooperation between industry,academia and research,and accelerating the transformation of innovation achievements.On the basis of this,the implementation path of the independent innovation strategy has been defined.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures are proposed to guarantee the implementation of the strategy from several levels,such as organizational guarantee,financial guarantee,talent guarantee and cultural guarantee.It is hoped that the study of JNSQ Group’s independent innovation strategy can provide some reference for the implementation of independent innovation strategy of similar new material enterprises in China.
