In the past few years,China’s chemical industry has entered a period of rapid development with the expanding global market demand,while the production of many fine chemicals has gradually shifted from foreign to domestic,and they have played a major role in promoting the development of the chemical fine chemical industry in a better way,while also playing a major role in promoting the transformation of China’s chemical industry.At the same time KT Chemical Company is also based on the current situation of industry development,in recent years continue to develop new ideas,and continue to grow and develop,but at the same time will also be followed by many problems highlighted by the change of strategic environment.Therefore,it is necessary for KT Chemical to re-analyze its own competitive strategy,based on the present,to effectively solve the actual difficulties at this stage,to help enterprises break through bottlenecks and promote healthy development of enterprises.In this paper,KT Chemical Company was selected as the research object,and several strategic analysis tools and research methods were chosen,including literature analysis,comparative analysis,etc.,as well as PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces model,internal and external environment analysis,QSPM matrix and other tools,to analyze the opportunities and threats,strengths and weaknesses of KT Chemical Company,combined with the development rules and characteristics of the dye industry.The results show that at this stage,KT Chemical has opportunities such as new market expansion and favorable industry subsidies after the overall epidemic is lifted,but at the same time,it faces many pressures such as strong bargaining power of large customers and increasingly severe environmental protection policies.Although the company has many years of management experience and innovation ability,it is constrained by a shortage of high-end talents,low capital operation efficiency and high production costs.Next,according to the strategic development plan formulated by the company,the QSPM matrix tool was used to conduct a comparative study of different competitive strategies of KT Chemical Company.Based on the current situation of the industry,it was determined that the company should adopt a cost leadership strategy,and then specific strategic implementation measures were proposed in four aspects:reducing finished raw materials,reducing finished production products,reducing finished labor products and reducing fixed costs.Finally,targeted strategy implementation guarantee measures are proposed in terms of financial management,human resources,safety and environmental protection,and management optimization.The in-depth discussion in this paper can,on the one hand,apply the relevant theories in enterprise competitive strategy management to practical application,and on the other hand,help KT Chemical Company combine these theories to find out the strategic measures that meet its actual situation,and provide guidance suggestions,reference and reference for the overall planning and long-term development of the company.
