Currently,China’s rubber pipe industry is mainly dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises,the industrial organization is unreasonable,the overall level is low;At the same time,the overall human resources contact of the enterprise is weak,and the main body engaged in work is mostly productive workers,lacking sufficient technical talents;With the rapid development in recent years,relevant national departments have paid more attention to green development.Relevant government departments have requested the rapid realization of the goal of converting the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and the demand for environmental protection from all walks of life is also increasing.Based on this environment,if ZBS rubber tube company wants to achieve healthy,green,sustainable development,it needs to face up to the current internal and external environment,actively learn from and draw on the excellent and advanced company experience in the industry,absorb the management experience of star enterprises or other excellent enterprises,comprehensively improve the comprehensive level that can be converted from the transformation of new and old kinetic energy,and formulate appropriate competitive strategies to promote the stable and healthy development of the company.The article takes ZBS rubber tube company as an example to conduct research.Firstly,it analyzes the background,significance,strategic management related theories,domestic and foreign current situations of this research topic,then explores the development situation,industry competition status and industry development trend of the rubber tube industry under the external macro environment,as well as the core competitiveness and internal conditions and resources of ZBS rubber tube enterprise;Secondly,SWOT matrix is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of ZBS rubber tube company,and QSPM matrix is used to calculate that the cost leadership strategy is a competitive strategy that conforms to the healthy development of the enterprise.Finally,in order to fully ensure the smooth implementation of this strategy,the following five implementation strategies are proposed: establishing a budget and cost control system;Strengthen emission reduction work;Optimizing ecological environment cost management;Optimizing human resource cost management;Optimize the cost management of scientific research and innovation.
