Pesticides are an essential means to ensure agricultural production,but the unreasonable use of chemical pesticides has also caused problems such as pesticide residues and environmental pollution;at the same time,it is also faced with problems such as lack of water resources and labor in the process of pesticide application.therefore,the development of efficient,low-toxic,environment-friendly pesticide products and matching water-saving and labor-saving pesticide application technology is of great significance to ensure agriculture’s efficient and green development.Among them,the green pesticide represented by botanical pesticides is one of the directions of pesticide product research and development.At the same time,UAV application technology has the advantages of water-saving,time-saving,and labor-saving,and has become the focus of the current pesticide application technology.In this thesis,taking a botanical pesticide machine as the research object,through formula screening,and evaluating the stability,wettability,and control effect of preparation products,matrine soluble solution and oil suspension suitable for flying prevention were developed.and clarify its spray performance to provide product and technical support for the application of machines in flight control.The main results are as follows:1.The types and dosage of wetting dispersant and spray additive of matrine soluble solution were screened by a single factor test.It was found that the best formula of 1%matrine soluble solution was 11.1% matrine solution 9.0g(9.9%),BY-125(wetting dispersant)1.0g(1%),ethylene glycol 5.0g(5%),defoamer 0.1g(0.1%).After spray additive,(must add)(1.5%),deionized water supplement to 100 g,bucket mixing 1.5% in use,SST and DCA were reduced by 48.78%~52.39% and 56.59%~62.81% respectively,and the control effect on oat aphid wheat aphid was 84.31%,droplet density 147/cm2 and coverage 10.1%,which were significantly higher than those without barrel mixing.2.The effects of five kinds of spray auxiliaries as formulation auxiliaries on the stability and wettability of matrine solubility were evaluated.the results showed that several spray auxiliaries had no significant effect on the stability of matrine solubilizer.Among them,the wettability of the product with a Nonionic additive is the best,and the optimum dosage is 1.5%.3.Through the screening of emulsifiers and thickeners,matrine oil suspensions with qualified stability were obtained.the optimized formula was as follows: 90% matrine 25g(10%),emulsifier 20g-37.5g(8%~15%),organic soil 3.75g~7.5g(1.5%~3%),silica 5g(2.5%),solvent oil up to 250 g.The stability of the preparation was tested,and each formula had good stability.On this basis,the dosage of emulsifier and thickener is optimized,the best dosage of three kinds of emulsifier is 8%,and the best dosage of thickener is 1.5%.4.The performance indexes such as suspension rate,stability,particle size and distribution,viscosity,adhesion work,and adhesion tension of 10% matrine oil suspension were evaluated.the results show that each formula has good stability.each index meets the requirements of the relevant national regulations for the preparation.When the dosage of three kinds of emulsifiers is 8% and the dosage of thickener is 1.5%,the comprehensive performance of the preparation is the best.Therefore,the final formula is: 90% matrine 25g(10%),emulsifier 20g(8%),organic soil 3.75g(1.5%),silica5g(2.5%),solvent oil up to 250 g.The three kinds of emulsifiers are suitable for market development,and the performance of 8353 is better than that of the other two kinds of emulsifiers.In this study,two kinds of special preparations for flight control of matrine were developed,the wettability and spraying properties of the preparations were tested,and the efficacy of matrine soluble solution was evaluated in the field,which provided a theoretical basis for the application of machine in flight control.
