Research On The Recycling Of Urban Construction Waste In Changchun City

With the continuous acceleration of urbanization in our country,the construction industry has developed rapidly.At the same time,a large amount of construction waste has also been generated,which caused great pressure on the ecological environment and the sustainable development.Changchun has also accelerated its urbanization development,and is currently facing severe construction waste disposal problems.The construction waste in Changchun City is mainly landfill and stacking.With the construction waste accumulated,there is almost no land to store more construction waste.In this situation,many builders illegally dump construction waste at will,causing serious land and environmental pollution.In order to solve the above problems,it is urgent for the Changchun Government to promote the recycling of urban construction waste.From the perspective of circular economy theory and collaborative governance theory,this paper uses the method of literature research to summarize the experience of foreign developed countries in the recycling of construction waste.Through on-the-spot investigation,interviews were conducted with the relevant staff of Changchun City Administration,some resource-recycling enterprises in Changchun and industry associations,to understand the current situation of construction waste recycling in Changchun,and pointed out that the recycling of construction waste in Changchun is facing the The development of the resource industry is backward,the government supporting policies are incomplete,the supervision system is not perfect,and the laws and regulations are missing.Through the method of comparative analysis and the successful experience of other cities in China,the solution measures such as introducing advanced technology,improving supporting policies,improving the government supervision system,and formulating local regulations are put forward for the problems existing in the recycling of construction waste in Changchun.This paper believes that through the above measures,the phenomenon of "garbage besieged" in Changchun can be solved,the development of urban construction waste recycling in Changchun can be promoted,and a smart city with beautiful environment and ecological livability can be created.
