Study On Farmers’ Willingness To Recycle Waste Plastic Film In Karamay

With the popularization and vigorous development of plastic film technology,agriculture in Xinjiang has developed rapidly.However,due to the sharp increase in the use of plastic film and improper treatment,the problem of plastic film pollution has gradually become prominent,which has caused serious damage to our soil,water sources and living environment,and has affected the sustainable development of Xinjiang’s social economy to a certain extent.Therefore,recycling waste plastic film is an important measure to protect the ecological environment and improve the quality of farmland.Based on this,this thesis takes Karamay City as an example to study the recycling of waste plastic film by farmers,reduce the damage caused by plastic film pollution to the soil and the living environment,and form a green development of production methods and lifestyles.The policy optimization provides certain reference and reference.Based on the above research background and purpose,this thesis mainly carries out the following research: First,to obtain relevant information such as the number of recycling points,recycling methods,and recycling policies during the recycling of waste plastic film,so as to analyze the current situation and existing problems of recycling waste plastic film in Karamay.Secondly,from the perspective of the farmers themselves and the overall family characteristics and external factors,analyze the relationship between the individual characteristics of different farmers,different family characteristics,different external factors and farmers’ willingness to recycle waste plastic film,and determine the farmers’ recycling waste.The intensity of the willingness to mulch.Finally,from the aspects of individual characteristics of farmers,family management characteristics,social norms,environmental regulations,policy subsidies,external factors,etc.,the influencing factors of farmers’ willingness to recycle waste plastic film are analyzed.On the basis of the data after the questionnaire survey,the logit model was used to analyze the influencing factors to find out the main influencing factors affecting farmers’ willingness to recycle plastic film.Through the above research process,the following research conclusions are obtained:(1)The problems faced by plastic film recycling in Karamay City are: low mechanical rate recovery,insufficient support funds,small number and small scale of recycling sites,low awareness of farmers’ recycling,and unclear departmental authority,Ultra-thin plastic film is difficult to completely prohibit.(2)The key factors affecting farmers’ willingness to recycle are farmers’ education level,whether the land is subcontracted,environmental awareness,whether they have participated in relevant training,the use of mobile software and videos,the government’s publicity of plastic film policies,the government’s subsidies for plastic films,the government’s The reasonable degree of punishment for the unreasonable disposal of agricultural film and the degree of impact are arranged as follows: land subcontracting > training related to plastic film recycling > education level > government subsidies for plastic film > binding agricultural film recycling policy > mobile phone software video publicity > plastic film Policy-related publicity > Environmental awareness.Based on the above research conclusions,the following countermeasures and suggestions are drawn:improve the land contracting and circulation system,expand publicity means,increase policy investment in plastic film recycling,strengthen technology promotion,improve mechanical recovery rate,strengthen plastic film source quality control,implementation Plastic film reduction actions,clear division of labor,and compaction of responsibilities.It helps to guide farmers to carry out green production and reasonably recycle waste plastic film,thereby increasing the enthusiasm of farmers to recycle waste plastic film.
