Safety is the premise and foundation for the normal operation of the urban rail transit system.In recent years,the national level has successively promulgated urban rail transit operation risk management policies and norms.The advanced prevention of risks and the advance of gates have become hot issues in industry research.However,the current safety management is still a "passive" management based on ex post results,which cannot meet the requirements of the government and the industry for the safety production goals of operating enterprises.To this end,this paper relies on the 13 th Five-Year National Key Research and Development Program subject "Super-city rail transit network security and active prevention and control of key technologies and applications"(No.:2020YFB1600701).Based on the research on urban rail transit operation risk management,the theoretical connotation of active risk prevention and control is defined,and a series of strategies based on risk point identification,risk point correlation analysis,and investigation and governance are proposed.Finally,the application of active prevention and control is realized through information technology.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Put forward the active risk prevention and control strategy oriented to the overall situation of urban rail operation.Conducted in-depth research and analysis on the current situation of risk management of domestic and foreign urban rail transit operating companies,clarified the relevant definitions of risks and the connotation of active prevention and control.It combined with information technology to build risk point identification,risk point correlation analysis and risk point investigation.It provides theoretical support for the follow-up research of the thesis and the active prevention and control of risks in the industry.(2)Constructed the urban rail operation risk point set based on data statistical analysis.Combined with the current situation of multi-professional and multi-department coordinated operation of urban rail,using the idea of set theory to classify risk points according to the IFOSE classification method,that is,infrastructure,facility,operation,station organization and environment.Conducted statistical analysis of the survey data to actively identify the above five types of risk points and build a risk point set by judgment method,which clarifies the object of active prevention and control of urban rail operation risks.(3)Carried out the correlation analysis of urban rail operation risk points under specific accident scenarios.Using the N-K model to explain various types of correlations between risk points.In order to explore the relationship between risk points in specific accident scenarios in urban rail operation,a series of processes for mining the relationship between risk points using association rules are proposed.By introducing hash technology to improve the traditional Apriori algorithm,it avoids generating a large number of candidate sets and improves the efficiency of the algorithm.Finally,taking the derailment accident scene as a case,the relationship between risk points was excavated,and 6 risk point relationship chains that were easy to cause derailment accidents were constructed.That provided the risk point inspection and governance strategy.(4)Build a risk point screening governance strategy model based on the criticality and relevance of risk points.Using variance analysis to identify the key risk points and risk point paths that have a significant impact on the severity of the accident,and based on this,the derailment accident risk point relationship network is constructed.At the same time,according to the critical degree and relevance of risk points,five scenarios of risk point screening and governance strategies are formulated,combined with the assignment model,the urban rail operation risk point screening and governance strategy model is constructed,and the championship mechanism is introduced to improve the traditional genetic algorithm to solve the model.Taking the derailment accident scenario as an example,a risk point investigation and governance strategy under the conventional environmental scenario is constructed to provide guidance for managers and staff.(5)Carried out the design of the urban rail operation risk active prevention and control platform.Facing the status quo of information management of urban rail operation companies,the design goals of the risk-based active prevention and control platform of moving the gate forward,safety and information sharing are determined.The platform functional architecture is designed with the three core functions of risk point identification management,risk point correlation analysis,and risk point screening and governance strategy in the active prevention and control strategy.Combined with the network deployment situation of the operating company,the design of the logical architecture and the physical architecture was carried out.Innovated the main business process of active risk prevention and control,and clarified the main responsibilities of all levels of the company.The data interface of the platform is designed to realize the interconnection and high sharing of information systems.
