The open-pit mining in China is a comprehensive design of the main production systems,auxiliary links,supporting facilities,and safety measures for the development and mining of the proposed open-pit mine,and the design of the end boundary map of the open-pit mine is the core achievement of the open-pit mining design.It is generally necessary to quickly complete the development and transportation system design based on the first boundary design.This paper is based on the Auto CAD platform,through secondary development,to realize the automatic design of the end boundary map of open-pit mine and arbitrary cutting of sections.Main works:(1)Based on the first boundary DTM model,the development transportation lines are arranged.Firstly,the location and elevation of the general access ditch of the deep open pit mine are determined,and then the transportation line is preliminarily arranged from top to bottom by using the human-computer interaction method according to the development mode,so as to determine the opening position of the access ditch at the bottom of the boundary,and finally complete the layout of the development route.(2)On the basis of determining the transportation route,human-computer interaction is used to complete the secondary boundary design from bottom to top,forming a threedimensional wireframe model of the secondary boundary.Starting from the boundary bottom,automatically draw the opening and direction of the access ditch as required,take this opening as the starting point,draw a group of steps as required,and automatically form a new line in the platform according to the minimum platform width.If there are partitions,the widened line within the platform will be generated again according to the requirements of partitions slope parameters.Then,a group of steps will be redrawn based on the lines in the platform,and the cycle will continue until the end.(3)Based on the three-dimensional wireframe model of secondary boundary and the three-dimensional wireframe model of the surface,the three-dimensional model of the end boundary of the open-pit mine is constructed,and the design of the end boundary map of the open-pit mine is completed.The surface wireframe model of the mining area is usually composed of contour lines,and the secondary boundary wireframe model is composed of steps and transportation routes.Based on the wireframe model,the surface and secondary boundary DTM models of the mining area are constructed by the triangulation algorithm,and their intersection lines are obtained.This intersection line cuts the surface and the secondary boundary wireframe model to form the end boundary wireframe model containing terrain lines.Finally,the triangulation algorithm is used to construct the end boundary 3D surface model.On the basis of the research on the end boundary design based on the secondary development of Auto CAD,taking the end boundary design of an iron mine as an example,the whole process from basic data preparation,development and transportation line layout,secondary boundary,and end boundary design to the drawing of the end boundary map of an open pit mine has been completed.The results show that the end boundary map design method of open-pit mine based on the secondary development of Auto CAD can quickly complete the end boundary map design of open-pit mine,greatly improve the work efficiency of designers,and has good operability and application value. |
