The Optimization Of Incentive Measures For Sales Staff Of D Environmental Company

Ecological civilization has been elevated to be the most crucial plan for Chinese people in the report of the 19 th National Congress and the Guangdong Provincial Government has been focused on the environmental industry from 2020 to achieve this goal.The Dongguan Municipal Government also seized the opportunity to develop it.Although there are lots of academic researches on environmental industry,people only concentrate on suppliers instead of all kinds of environmental companies.Based on this reason,this paper takes an environmental industry start-up platform company,D environmental company,as an example.In order to investigate how to design useful methods for the optimization of incentive measures for sales staff of D environmental company,several methods such as document consultation,questionnaire method,and quantitative analysis are used in this paper.Firstly,this paper introduces D environmental company’s general situation,industrial environment and sales staff structure.we study why it’s necessary for D environmental company to implement incentive measures for sales staff.Secondly,in this paper,the problems and causes of the existing incentive measures are investigated according to the results of the questionnaire survey.Thirdly,as the core of this paper,we propose optimization schemes,including material incentive measures such as basic salary,performance salary and welfare system and career promotion.Finally,some practical suggestions and detailed safeguards are used for managers of D environmental company to implement the optimization plan.In conclusion,these investigations will help D environmental company increase operating income and get through the start-up phase.This study is a useful supplement to the research on incentives measures for sales staff of start-up platform companies in environmental industry.
