In this day and age,the traditional energy sales industry has been impacted,to some extent,by proposed national strategic goals of carbon neutrality and peak carbon dioxide emissions,and has steadily lost its initial industrial advantages in the struggle to gain market share.Meanwhile,the government departments has improving the enterprise operation security requirement,the public has paying more attention to the enterprise brand image.This makes the importance of the sales staff magnify.But the number of staff turnover increases year by year.The sales team of the A energy firm is used as the research object in this study.Firstly,to establish the theoretical framework for the paper,author sorted out the pertinent theories and research findings about employee turnover and employee turnover in the sales industries.The actual position of the A energy firm,the state of staff turnover,and the effects of employee turnover are then presented.The psychological,organizational,and environmental factors that contributed to the high turnover rate of sales staff at an energy sales company were compiled using questionnaire surveys,employee interviews,and interviews with direct leaders of these employees.At last,the countermeasures to lower the employee turnover rate are proposed from the perspectives of individuals,businesses,and coping with changes in the external environment based on the study discussed above.For example,incorporating a staff growth target into the training system,assisting employees in striking a work-life balance,improving the performance evaluation system,perfecting the promotion system,encouraging the development of new business models,boosting employee understanding and trust,creating a corporate culture that values its employees,enhancing recruitment and quality,relocating incompetent employees,and proposing some solutions to the subdivision’s employee exodus could be utilised.This research is expected to provide some methods and techniques for enterprises,particularly for the same type of enterprises,to reduce employee turnover rate and play as a reference. |
