| Electronic products are updated and iterated quickly, with a large amount of scrap and high recyclable value.However,non-compliant processing has caused serious waste of resources and environmental pollution. My country has formulated and implemented many relevant policies and regulations for the recycling of electronic products.Achieving the efficient recycling of waste electronic products is not only a requirement to implement the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China to promote the construction of ecological civilization, but also an important goal of achieving the "dual carbon" goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking proposed by President Xi.Based on carbon emissions and government regulation, this paper takes node profit, recycling volume and social welfare as the starting point to discuss the decision-making of electronic products reverse supply chain with different rights structures under different mixed recycling modes.First of all,by establishing a reverse supply chain model of mixed recycling of MR and MRT type, and applying the method of game analysis, the optimal pricing strategy of MR and MRT models under different power structures is obtained, and on this basis, manufacturers dominate and sell The commercial-dominated MR mode and the MRT mode were compared and analyzed. The results show that the M-R model is similar to the M-R-T model, and both manufacturers dominate the reverse supply chain in terms of node profit, total recycling and social welfare.Secondly, carry out numerical simulation based on electronic products such as computers, and conduct sensitivity analysis on the profit of reverse supply chain nodes with the elastic coefficient k of product recycling price, the elastic coefficient s of recycling competition between recycling parties, and the government’s carbon tax rate βas variables.,and obtained the carbon tax rate interval of the maximum value point of social welfare of the two models. It is found that when the elasticity ratio is high, the social welfare under the M-R-T model is higher than that under the M-R model. The results show that a higher carbon tax rate will make manufacturers bear more external uneconomical costs, and at the same time,it will inhibit the enthusiasm of recycling the entire WEEE reverse supply chain. Finally, the preference choice of different logistics nodes for recycling mode and the stability of reverse supply chain are discussed, and the difference of welfare function between M-R and M-R-T modes under different power structures is also analyzed and compared. The research draws the decision ordering under different dominant and recycling modes.Under the dominance of manufacturers, the social welfare function value of the MRT model is generally higher than that of the MR model. The greater the difference in the welfare function.Contrary to the manufacturer-dominated model, the social welfare function value of the M-R model under the seller’s dominance is generally higher than that of the M-R-T model, and the difference is much smaller than that of the manufacturer-dominated model. The government can set the carbon tax rate so that the social welfare function difference of the reverse supply chain system with different power structures is zero. |
