Research On Kitchen Waste Reverse Supply Chain Based On Channel Competition

The harmless disposal and resource utilization of household garbage is an important work of ecological civilization construction.Food and kitchen waste is not good for nothing,food and kitchen waste contains a lot of grease,after refining can be used to produce biomass fuel,waste into treasure.On the contrary,once kitchen waste is used by criminals to produce "gutter oil",it will cause serious harm to people's health.In the process of food and kitchen waste recycling,catering enterprises,recyclers and manufacturers are involved in the process.Many participants compete with each other to obtain the maximum benefits.Food and beverage enterprises as the source of food and kitchen waste,the harmless treatment of food and beverage waste awareness of light,coupled with food and kitchen waste treatment provisions not issued in a timely manner,to the lawless elements.It is common for kitchen waste to be dumped at will or sold to small workshops at a lower price.The recycling of food and kitchen waste presents a variety of modes,including dispersion mode,collection model and mixed mode,which makes the recycling channels of food and kitchen waste diversified and competitive.Biomass energy producers face competition from illegal producers.Because of the large profits from illegal production,illegal producers can offer higher recycling prices,resulting in insufficient raw materials for biomass energy producers.Of course,the state has always taken a tough attitude against "gutter oil",and provided subsidies for the biomass energy supply chain,which effectively promoted the recycling of kitchen waste and effectively guaranteed food safety.Based on the game theory and supply chain contract theory,this paper studies the recycling supply chain channel competition of kitchen waste from the perspective of the recycling supply chain.According to the different recyclers,it constructs the single-channel supply chain model and the two-channel supply chain model,and builds the supply chain competition model according to the different manufacturers.In the supply chain competition model,the influence of government regulation on the decision of biomass energy production and illegal producers is analyzed.According to the analysis,on the one hand,the regulatory behavior of government departments is conducive to the increase of the income of biomass energy production enterprises;on the other hand,it reduces the minimum market access threshold of biomass energy producers in the market competition.On the one hand,the regulatory actions of government departments have greatly reduced the profits of illegal producers;on the other hand,they have raised the minimum market access threshold of illegal producers in the market competition.
