Toy Design For Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder Based On The Concept Of Emotional Interaction

Play is a child’s nature,and toys are an indispensable companion in the process of children’s growth.At present,more than 2 million children in China are suffering from autism.Most of the toys they use come from the ordinary children’s toy market,and some are teaching aids or cognitive toys.There is a lack of toy products designed for the characteristics of autistic children in the market,which has a poor effect of attracting,guiding and intervening children.Through the concept of emotional interaction design and the systematic research on children with autism spectrum disorders and their toys,this paper forms the purpose of improving the core obstacles of children with autism,based on the emotional interaction between children and rehabilitation intervention personnel,takes toys as the medium,brings children with autism into the situation constructed by toys,and repeatedly inspires them through the feelings and effects obtained during interaction with toys Strengthen,and finally achieve the research idea of imperceptible intervention effect on children in "play".The principles and methods of integrating the concept of emotional interaction design into children’s toys with autism spectrum disorders are discussed,and the design practice is carried out.
