Concentrating Solar Power is characterized by the integration of clean,low-carbon and electric heating and storage,which can provide strong support for Shanxi Province to build a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient modern energy system.The performance of the development of Concentrating Solar Power is the basis for Shanxi Province to rationally deploy the scale of Concentrating Solar Power and formulate the development strategy of Concentrating Solar Power.The existing studies mainly focus on how to realize the coupling of Concentrating Solar Power with other energy sources,and the influence of Concentrating Solar Power on the macro economy and environment needs to be further studied.Therefore,the topic of this paper has certain theoretical and practical significance.To study the economic and environmental performance of the development of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province,this paper established a theoretical framework for the economic and environmental performance of Concentrating Solar Power,building the "top-down" of Shanxi Province economic and environmental performance assessment model of Concentrating Solar Power,measure the different situations of economic and environmental benefits,and put forward some suggestions on the development of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:In the aspect of theoretical analysis of economic and environmental performance of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province,this paper uses energy-economy-environment(3E)system theory to analyze how Concentrating Solar Power dynamically affects the energy-economy-environment system of Shanxi Province.With the help of production function theory,analyzed the alternative ways of Concentrating Solar Power and other energy sources in Shanxi Province.Based on the trade function theory,revealed the distribution rules of commodities produced by the Concentrating Solar Power Sector in Shanxi Province.The theoretical analysis framework of economic and environmental performance of Concentrating Solar Power is established,which lays a theoretical foundation for the evaluation model of economic and environmental benefits of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province.In the aspect of construction evaluation model of economic and environmental performance of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province,this paper uses dynamic computable general equilibrium(DCGE)model as a research tool,establishes environment module and technology progress module,and constructs a "top-down" economic and environmental benefit assessment model for Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province.On this basis,the feasibility of the model is tested to ensure that the research results are effective and reliable.In the analysis of economic and environmental performance of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province,this paper using the method of input and output analysis the factors influencing of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province,to takes carbon tax,carbon trading market and solar thermal technology progress as three important influencing factors,and establishes the development scenario of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province.Based on DCGE model,the economic impact of Concentrating Solar Power development on GDP,industrial output and macro indicators of social subjects,total social carbon emissions and environmental impact of industrial carbon emissions in Shanxi Province are calculated.The results show that the development of Concentrating Solar Power can promote carbon dioxide emission reduction under different scenarios,but will have an inhibitory effect on the economy.In the short term,carbon trading scenario has the best carbon emission reduction effect,while carbon tax scenario has the least impact on the economy.The synergistic scenario of carbon tax,carbon trading and technological progress has no obvious advantages in the short term,but long-term technological progress can offset the negative impact of Concentrating Solar Power on the economy.This paper evaluates the economic and environmental performance of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province under different scenarios and puts forward countermeasures to promote the development of Concentrating Solar Power.The innovation work of this paper is reflected in two aspects: first,Concentrating Solar Power is brought into the framework of economy-energy-environment system,and the theoretical analysis framework of economic and environmental benefits of Concentrating Solar Power is constructed.Second,the economic and environmental benefit evaluation model of Concentrating Solar Power in Shanxi Province is constructed from the perspective of "top-down".The conclusion of this paper provides policy direction for Shanxi Province to develop Concentrating Solar Power and is conducive to promoting Shanxi Province to realize low-carbon green energy transformation.
