With China’s economic take-off,the gradual improvement of people’s life,and the rapid increase of kitchen garbage,the problems in the process of collection and transportation are gradually revealed,aggravating the adverse impact on the sustainable development of the city,and also threatening the health and safety of human beings in the future.After standardized recycling,restaurant kitchen waste can be utilized again,so the effective recycling of restaurant kitchen waste can effectively promote the green and healthy development of the city.In recent years,Chengdu has developed well and is a new first-tier city with rapid population growth.Due to its unique food culture and catering hobbies,the collection,transportation and disposal of restaurant-kitchen waste in Chengdu have become increasingly prominent and very serious.The Chengdu municipal government also pays more and more attention to the garbage management work.The corresponding regulations and work norms have been issued to promote this work.It is of great significance to study the problems existing in kitchen waste collection and transportation in Chengdu to improve the efficiency of kitchen waste collection and transportation and promote green and healthy development。The research object of this paper is the restaurant-kitchen-garbage collection and transportation in Chengdu city.This paper takes the collection and transportation of Chengdu restaurant-kitchen-waste as the research object.It mainly uses system theory,logistics theory,sustainable development theory,externality theory,externality theory,literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and investigation research methods.First,the study and analysis of restaurant and kitchen waste collection and disposal at home and abroad.We have a certain understanding of the research results of the background and collection and transportation of kitchen garbage,and have a more comprehensive grasp of the research status of kitchen garbage collection and transportation.Second,the accurate definition of garbage classification,restaurant kitchen garbage and restaurant kitchen garbage collection and transportation is clarified,the theoretical basis related to this research topic is combed,and the relevant theories used in this paper are explained.Through these definitions and theoretical analysis provides a basis for the problems and causes of kitchen waste collection and transportation.Third,by describing the current situation of collection and transportation in Chengdu and analyzing the specific practices of the government in collection and transportation management,the results of Chengdu in restaurant-kitchen-waste collection and transportation are obtained.Fourthly,make a deep analysis of the current situation of kitchen waste collection and transportation in Chengdu,put forward the shortcomings in the situation of kitchen waste collection and transportation in Chengdu,and analyze the causes of the problems in the garbage collection and transportation.Fifth,by analyzing the differences between the collection and transportation of the restaurant kitchen waste at home and abroad and that in Chengdu,we can find the experience that may be used for reference from the restaurant kitchen waste in Chengdu.According to the reasons of the problems in the process of collection and transportation,the paper puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the problem of restaurant-kitchen-waste collection and transportation in Chengdu.This paper may have three aspects of innovation: first,put forward the new problems that the management and supervision of the restaurant kitchen waste collection and transportation is not in place,and elaborated the key aspects of the restaurant kitchen waste supervision should be paid attention to.Secondly,it puts forward the new reasons for the low efficiency of restaurant-kitchen-garbage collection and transportation.Restaurant-Kitchen-waste collection and transportation belongs to the "reverse logistics",only grasp the collection and transportation enterprises,ignoring the importance of the restaurant-kitchen-waste production source will also lead to a low collection and transportation rate.Finally,the new countermeasures to establish a unified coordination management mechanism:multiple departments jointly investigate and punish,and establish a coordinated linkage mechanism between cross-district(county)streets,joint patrol,and information exchange,so as to improve the efficiency of kitchen garbage collection and transportation. |
