Research On Optimization Of Operation Management Of Heavy-duty Trucks In PS Open-pit Coal Mine

With the increasing regulation and control of the coal industry,a large number of clean energy has entered the market,the development of the coal industry is in a downward state,the world’s coal energy demand has gradually declined,coal prices have been hovering around the breakeven point,the overall interests of the coal enterprises have been declining,and the impact of COVID-19 and the shrinking of the coal market demand have greatly restricted the production of coal enterprises.In order to survive the cold winter of the industry,coal mining enterprises must adopt a scientific management model and apply advanced management concepts to reduce the production cost and improve the production efficiency of the industry.In open-pit coal mine,mining heavy truck is the transportation core of open-pit coal mine.In the early stage of development of PS open pit coal mine,in order to realize the rapid expansion of production capacity,a large amount of cost was invested to purchase mining heavy trucks.With the continuous development of enterprises,the limitations of industry development began to appear,and the consequences of the original poor cost control began to appear.At the same time,mining heavy trucks have reached the elimination period,and the investment cost has increased year by year,which has brought great cost pressure to enterprises.By optimizing the operation and management mechanism of heavy mining trucks in PS open-pit coal mine,in order to save enterprise costs and improve the overall management efficiency on the premise of ensuring production capacity.This paper takes the operation and management mechanism of mining heavy trucks in PS open-pit coal mine as the research object.Firstly,it systematically combs the relevant literature at home and abroad,and discusses the relevant concepts and theoretical basis in detail;Secondly,it deeply studies the current situation of mining heavy truck operation and management in PS open-pit coal mine,and extracts the key problems existing in operation and management.On this basis,the operation and management mechanism of mining heavy trucks in PS open-pit coal mine is optimized,and the relevant guarantee measures are further put forward.
