The Establishment And Application Study Of Mining Model In The West Open Pit Of Pingzhuang Coal Mine

The mining plan is the important core link in surface mine production. How can we improve the efficacy , raising magagement level and increasing economic benefit is a important subjec of the Open-pit Mine ,that make and modify mining plan with market requirement and the situation of surface mine effectively and timely.AutoCAD which is the most popular drawing software belong American Autodesk Inc, has been widely used in most surface mine in domestic area. 3D wireframe model is used as mining model on CAD platform.Establish the mining model which include 3D wireframe model of surface mine bench, 3d face model of surface mine, 3d solid model of surface mine geological entities. Construct 3D planning wireframe model with designer 's design intention and construct solid model from 3D planning wireframe model. Coal and rock amount is obtained by boolean operation which between solid model and solid models of geological entities. System put forward new method whih used solid model for quantity calculation. Satisfying acqurie in making production planning with developing editing and designing functions in 3D model.The achievement of this paper applicate on Pingzhuang West- Surface Mine. System plays an important role in the process of mining plan.
