| End-slope coal pressing is the main reason to limit the recovery rate of opencast mining resources,especially in the open-pit mine with huge thick coal seam.The recovery and utilization of end slope coal resources is an important part of green and efficient mining.The core and difficulty in the process of recovery is to coordinate the spatio-temporal relationship between end slope mining and open pit mining.Paper for recycle and mining thick coal seam side help relationship of time and space,put forward two kinds of type of roadway end for coal mining methods,and has been clear about the two end with open pit mining methods for coal transport line between the relationship of space and time and the way of comprehensive coordination,according to the situation a huge thick coal seam in open-pit mine in xinjiang,studied the engineering example,the main research content is as follows:(1)The roadway recovery scheme with end coal mining machine is proposed.According to the treatment method of goaf,the two kinds of schemes are divided into coal pillar retaining roadway end-wall coal scheme and coal recovery scheme without coal pillar roadway end-wall coal.(2)The open-pit mine model of huge thick coal seam is established,and the openpit mining and inner drainage forms that are compatible with the open-pit mining are proposed according to the two types of end-wall coal mining technical schemes.When the roadway end-wall coal recovery scheme is adopted,the open-pit mine adopts zoning advanced mining to recover the coal seam in the proximal end slope section,and the inner drainage is given priority at the end slope.The temporal and spatial relationship between the two end coal recovery schemes and the production and inner drainage in the near end coal section of open-pit mine under different working conditions is analyzed in detail,and the optimal mining form of the two schemes with the open-pit production under different working conditions is determined.(3)Taking an open-pit mine in Xinjiang as an example,according to the geology and production status of the open-pit mine,the two end coal side schemes with the least impact on the open-pit production in terms of time and space processes are determined to be the pillar retaining roadway recovery scheme under the machine-shovel ratio of1∶2 and the pillar free roadway recovery scheme in double-layer mining.According to the regional coal price,the economic optimal scheme is the end side coal recovery scheme of double-layer roadway mining without coal pillar.FLAC simulation software is used to analyze the slope stability of the south side of the open-pit mine under the optimal end-wall mining scheme,and finally determine the feasibility of the application of the double-layer mining without coal pillar roadway end-wall mining scheme in the mine from three aspects of technology,economy and safety. |
