| Coal mill system is an important auxiliary system of thermal power plant,which is the guarantee of stable fuel supply of thermal power plant.With the concept of "carbon peak" and"carbon neutral" put forward,coal-fired power enterprises need more transformation and upgrading,how to reduce operating costs and improve operating stability.Under the condition of variable load and variable coal type,the probability of coal mill failure is increasing,which brings hidden trouble to the safety of coal mill.Taking a coal mill in our company as an example,this paper extracts its modeling parameters,preprocesses its parameters,analyzes its historical data and constructs its health matrix.In order to ensure the accuracy of the model and determine the warning threshold,a normal historical data is selected for model checking.The paper selects the exit temperature of the mill system as the parameter and tests it to verify the accuracy and validity of the early warning system.According to the different early warning results,the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.Based on the condition maintenance management theory,the equipment status is mastered in time to improve the equipment management level and reduce the equipment failure rate.Fault management includes spare parts management and personnel management.Realize the modern management mode for spare parts,improve the efficiency and economy of overhaul.In personnel management,the post duties of cadres and employees at all levels shall be implemented,the post responsibility system shall be improved,the hierarchical management system shall be strengthened,and the management level shall be improved. |
