In recent years,due to the development of large cities in China,the population is becoming more and more dense.Engineering construction in many places has strict requirements for explosives,and the approval of explosive detonators is becoming more and more strict,so as to avoid the harm of explosives in many urban areas.The use of explosives is greatly limited,and explosives are gradually not used for demolition blasting in many areas.Non explosive blasting is vigorously promoted and studied.Aiming at a new type of crushing agent,this paper explores its rock breaking mechanism,studies the influence of different factors on its rock breaking effect through orthogonal experiments,and obtains the optimal parameters under different requirements,which provides a feasible scheme for engineering application and has certain reference significance Building blocks for non explosive blasting.In this paper,the crushing agent is prepared,and the rock breaking mechanism is briefly introduced through mechanism analysis and theoretical calculation.Design orthogonal experiments and prepare cement test blocks,change different factors to carry out rock breaking experiments,explore the biggest factors affecting the rock breaking ability of crusher,and get the best value.The specific research and analysis of this paper,the conclusions are as follows:(1)After analysis oxygen balance of different formulations of crushing agent,three groups of formulations are close to zero oxygen balance;The particle size of aluminum powder was changed and the throwing test was carried out.Through comparison,the working ability of the crushing agent is improved different when the particle size of aluminum powder was 10 μm,the working capacity of crushing agent is the strongest,which is 13.5j/g.(2)The charging structure and blasting parameters of the crushing agent are designed,and an excitation device for stably exciting the crushing agent is designed;The blasting parameters are determined as hole depth 13.6cm and hole diameter 15 mm.(3)The primary and secondary order of the three influencing factors of average block size is formula,aluminum powder particle size and dosage.The formula has a significant impact on the test results,followed by aluminum powder particle size.The optimal parameters are potassium nitrate ratio,aluminum powder is 7:3,dosage is 15 g and aluminum powder particle size is 10 μm;(4)The primary and secondary order of the three influencing factors of nonuniformity coefficient is formula,aluminum powder particle size and dosage.Through range and variance analysis,the biggest influencing factors affecting nonuniformity coefficient are formula,dosage and aluminum powder particle size are insignificant influencing factors.The optimal parameters are potassium nitrate ratio of aluminum powder is 7:3,dosage is 15 g and aluminum powder particle size is 10 μm;Figure [28] table [15] reference [80]...
