Rice milling machine is a key equipment for rice processing,and different degrees of broken rice will be produced in the whitening process under the influence of various factors,resulting in great losses.Therefore,the reduction of rice crushing,especially the reduction of abnormal brown rice crushing produced by rice milling machine,has always been the research content of grain processing industry.Current studies mainly focus on brown rice breakage caused by a single factor,and few studies have been conducted to integrate multiple factors.Therefore,this thesis mainly studies the multi-field factors coupling of brown rice breakage.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Multi-factor experimental study on brown rice breakage.The homemade grain impact test bench and TMS-PRO texture analyzer were used to conduct the crushing test of brown rice particles,and the single factor analysis of variance was conducted according to the test data and scanning electron microscope images,to explore the influencing factors of brown rice crushing,and to provide relevant basis for the subsequent in-depth research on the impact of brown rice crushing processing.The results showed that brown rice with water content of 11.45%-13.6% had little effect on the breakage of brown rice.When brown rice is broken,the range of impact force fluctuation is relatively large.Due to the change of the core structure of the white brown rice,the breakage resistance of the brown rice decreases.Brown rice with uniform appearance has high internal structure consistency and can withstand greater crushing force.(2)Multi-field coupling factors of brown rice crushing based on response surface method were studied.Using MNAW18 sand roller rice mill,high speed dynamic force system and thermometer,orthogonal experiment of white grinding of brown rice was carried out.Through 3D interactive response analysis of multi-factor test,the influence of multi-field coupling factors such as motion,time,temperature and pressure on brown rice crushing was analyzed.(3)Discrete element simulation of brown rice rolling white was carried out.The main results are as follows: the physical parameters and contact parameters of brown rice were calibrated;The discrete element simulation model of rice mill was established.The collision of brown rice,the speed of brown rice and the compression force of brown rice were studied and analyzed.Combined with the experiment and simulation,the influences of temperature,brown rice collision,brown rice speed and the crushing force of brown rice were analyzed comprehensively.(4)Coupling simulation analysis of rice mill was carried out.Through the coupling of discrete element simulation software and flow field simulation software,the influence of rice mill air on brown rice blanching was studied and analyzed.
