Natural gas is regarded as one of the most important clean energy sources in the 21st century.In natural gas production,with the continuous production of natural gas,the formation pressure and natural gas flow rate of gas reservoir decrease year by year,resulting in the weakening of gas well discharge capacity,formation of fluid accumulation in the well,making gas well production decline or even stop production,seriously affecting the normal production of gas wells.As an effective drainage and gas recovery method,foam drainage and gas recovery has the advantages of easy construction,low cost,quick recovery,and no impact on daily production.The essence of foam drainage gas recovery is a chemical drainage method.In practice,it is easy to be influenced by many factors such as foaming agent performance and bubble discharge technology.The performance of foam agent will be affected by factors such as gas well temperature,salinity and condensate content.Suitable foam agent and suitable bubble discharge process are selected for field conditions and foaming agent properties.Therefore,in view of the optimization of foam agent,the performance evaluation of foam agent is studied in detail.The foaming capacity,foaming stability,liquid carrying capacity and liquid carrying capacity of the foam agent are determined by quantitative analysis of foam agent concentration,ambient temperature,methanol content,condensate content and mineralization.The effect of degree on the performance parameters of foaming agent.And introduce orthogonal analysis experiments to study the simultaneous effects of multiple factors,comprehensive analysis of foam bubble performance.The results show that the optimum concentration of foaming agent is 0.5%,and the performance of residual foaming agent and type ? foaming agent is obviously better than that of type ? foaming agent.My type of foaming agent has strong salt and oil resistance.It is suitable for high-mineralization and high condensate content environment foam drainage and gas production.Type ? foaming agent has the strongest methanol-resistant type and is suitable for foam drainage and gas production in high methanol concentration gas wells.Finally,in the field of foam drainage and gas production,the most suitable foam agent is selected according to the test well condition and the foam characteristics of each type,and the bubble discharge is applied.The process optimization of the test well bubble discharge is optimized based on the fine management principle,and the bubble test results show that the foam drainage gas recovery method effectively reduces the fluid accumulation in the bottom hole of the gas well.The recovery capacity of gas well is enhanced by increasing the liquid lifting capacity and gas production rate of the gas well.
