| In recent years,the importance of ecological civilization construction has become increasingly prominent with the development of economic society.Balancing economic development and ecological environment protection is an inevitable requirement to achieve regional high quality development.Therefore,carrying out the evaluation research on regional eco-environmental quality level and its regional differences is of certain significance to enrich the theoretical system of regional eco-environmental quality,and has important practical significance to promote the Huaihe Eco-economic Belt to achieve high-quality collaborative development.This paper summarized the concepts and connotation of eco-environmental quality,and made investigation and analyzed the level of socio-economic development and natural resources in Anhui section,based on the method of literature analysis and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.Integrated PSR model and SENCE model,the evaluation index was chosen by using frequency statistics and other methods.And then the evaluation index system of PSR-SENCE model about eco-environment quality was constructed.The comprehensive evaluation model of entropy weight is used to calculate the comprehensive index of ecological environment quality in Anhui section from 2010 to 2020.In order to dynamically explore the change trend of ecoenvironmental quality in Anhui section.This paper evaluated the index weight,subsystem index and comprehensive index of eco-environmental quality from the time dimension.With the Arc GIS10.8 visualized the spatial distribution and evolution trend of ecoenvironmental quality in eight cities in Anhui section during the study period,so as to realize the dynamic evaluation and analysis in the spatial dimension.The Dagum Gini coefficient method was further introduced to decompose the regional differences of ecoenvironmental quality in Anhui section,explore the source of regional differences.And a convergence test measurement model was constructed to test the convergence of ecoenvironmental quality index,so as to obtain the development trend of eco-environmental quality in Anhui section.Finally,according to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward policy suggestions to improve high quality of Anhui section.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive indexes of eco-environmental quality in Anhui section of Huaihe Eco-economic Belt from 2010 to 2020 were 0.314,0.288,0.325,0.321,0.406,0.416,0.543,0.580,0.637,0.647,0.696.Indicating that the eco-environmental quality was improved significantly,the change range of the pressure subsystem was small,and the state and response subsystem index showed a fluctuating upward trend.(2)Based on the ecological environment quality index and location characteristics of the eight cities,Anhui section was divided into the north and south of Huaihe to explore the source of regional differences.The annual average contribution rates of intra-regional differences,inter-regional differences and supervariable density differences were 52.2%,41.2% and6.6%,indicating that the eco-environmental quality differences within each region were the main sources of regional differences.(3)The convergence coefficients of the regions north of the Huaihe River and south of the Huaihe River showed a decreasing trend of fluctuation,indicating that there was α convergence characteristic in both regions,and the difference of ecological environment quality in each region became smaller and smaller.(4)There are many factors affecting ecological environment quality,combined with the research conclusions,the first suggestion is to strengthen the comprehensive control of environmental pollution and build an ecological barrier along Huaihe River.The second suggestion is to improve the function of the central city and construct the urban pattern of integrated development.The third suggestion is to give full play to regional advantages and speed up the optimization of industrial structure.The fourth suggestion is to coordinate resources and build regional cooperation mechanism.Finally provides a reference direction for the high-quality development of economy and ecological environment in Huaihe Eco-economic Belt.Figure [19] Table [8] Reference [80]... |
