| With the continuous mining of coal,the shallow buried coal seam is gradually reduced,and the depth of the mine is increasing year by year.With the continuous development of the coal mining industry,the shallow buried coal seam will be exhausted,and the deep buried coal seam is obviously different from the shallow buried coal seam.Therefore,the theory and scheme of shallow buried coal seams have been stretched for deep buried coal seams.In this paper,a new mechanical model is established based on the new self-supporting structure of the surrounding rock,and the failure factors of the surrounding rock are analyzed from the internal and external bearing structures of the surrounding rock.And make full use of the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock to design a reasonable and effective support scheme.It is verified by simulation calculation and on-site industrial experiments.This paper mainly conducts the following research work:(1)This thesis is based on the Guqiao Coal Mine project of "Research on the Creep Instability Mechanism and Key Control Technology of Surrounding Rocks in Soft Rock Roadways in Thousands of Deep Wells".In the early stage,a large number of on-site investigations were done,including monitoring of surrounding rock deformation,measurement of the range of loose circles at the top,top and bottom,and fully grasped the basic current situation of the surrounding rock of the roadway.(2)After the on-site investigation was completed,a large number of indoor tests were carried out through the on-site coring of rubble cores,including uniaxial compressive tests,uniaxial and triaxial creep tests in natural state and water immersion state,Fake triaxial test and true triaxial test have obtained a large number of reliable rock parameters.In-situ stress tests were carried out not far from the same rock stratum in the roadway of the extension section on the exit side of the underground car park in Guqiao East District.(3)In the theoretical analysis,the new surrounding rock self-supporting structure is used to analyze the surrounding rock failure factors from the inner and outer bearing structures of the surrounding rock.By improving the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock loose circle and the overall stability of the roadway,a reasonable and effective support scheme is designed by making full use of the self-bearing capacity of the surrounding rock and the key point control technology.(4)And through the analysis of the numerical simulation results and the on-site monitoring results of the roadway test section of the roadway test section on the exit side of the underground car park in Guqiao East District,it can be concluded that the newly designed support scheme has great advantages in controlling the deformation of the roadway surrounding rock,so that mine production can be carried out safely and efficiently.The significance of this project is not only to provide a set of support solutions for the roadway repair section of the extension section on the exit side of the underground parking lot in Guqiao East District.The advanced nature of its theory has unparalleled reference value,and it can save costs while improving the safety of the working environment,which can provide examples for similar mines.Figure [85] Table [19] Reference [120]... |
