Coal resource is an important driving force to ensure Chinas industrial development and the continuous rise of social material wealth.Even in todays era of energy innovation,it still plays an irreplaceable role.In recent years,with the exhaustion of shallow coal resources in China,it has become an inevitable trend to enter the stage of deep coal mining.In the past,weak support or even no support was used to dispose the floor of shallow roadway in China,which is applicable in shallow coal and rock strata with good geological conditions.However,for deep roadway with poor surrounding rock lithology,high geostress,high water content and strong rheological property,it is easy to leave hidden danger for floor heave if no reinforcement support is added.In fact,the roadway is a linkage structure composed of rib,roof and floor.The change of force and displacement at any position will inevitably affect the whole structure.With the increase of buried depth and the appearance of surrounding rock creep characteristics,the linkage effect will become more significant.Therefore,it is essential to strengthen the floor of deep roadway.By means of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field industrial test,this paper studies the floor heave control technology of creep surrounding rock roadway in deep mine based on the scientific research project of "Research on surrounding rock control technology of high pressure roadway in deep mining area of Guobei coal mine".That is,on the basis of the existing primary support(the rib and roof support),the secondary support design for the floor is studied,and the weak floor surrounding rock is reinforced,so as to improve the linkage bearing capacity of the whole section surrounding rock and achieve the purpose of controlling floor heave.The main research work is as follows:(1)Through the uniaxial compressive strength test,the basic mechanical parameters such as Proctors coefficient,Elastic modulus and Poissons ratio of the surrounding rock of the substation in Beisi mining area are obtained,and the lateral pressure coefficient of Beisi mining area is obtained by using the geostress measurement technology,which provides the necessary basic data for the numerical simulation research of the substation.(2)Based on the floor heave mechanism and control mechanism of deep creep surrounding rock roadway,combined with the geological conditions,original support scheme and site conditions of substation in Beisi mining area,the floor heave control idea of "drainage hardening,local reinforcement" is proposed,and "the floor grouting+anchor cable(rock bolt)"reinforcement scheme is designed and implemented.(3)Based on the simulation results of ABAQUS,this paper analyzes the floor heave deformation mechanism of the substation in Beisi mining area,and carries out qualitative and quantitative analysis on the deformation of the substation floor before and after reinforcement.Finally,by comparing the on-site deformation monitoring results,this design scheme is verified to be scientific and reasonable.The floor reinforcement scheme proposed in this study can effectively control the creep deformation of surrounding rock and achieve good floor heave control effect.It not only reduces the maintenance cost of roadway,but also significantly improves the safety of production operation.It has a good application prospect,and also has a certain reference value for solving the same type of floor heave problem.Figure 64 table 9 reference 81...
