All the time, mine pressure control and roadway supporting in soft rock roadway and crushing rock roadway is a kind of major problem in safe production of coal mines, and this problem is more prominent in the high stress expanded soft rock roadway, as a result, supporting and contrololling of it becomes more difficult. Research on the mechanism of deformation and failure of surrounding rock in soft rock roadway, can not only accelerate the development of the soft rock roadway support and surrounding rock control technology, but also brings important social and economic values for the construction of underground soft rock engineering.According to the problems of large surrounding rock deformation amount and serious floor heave, this paper takes coal seam2return air array and gateway Xin Ding Tai mine in Ling shi, Shanxi Lingshi as the research object, comprehensively use and combine several aspects as methods of field investigation, laboratory test, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, and studies the damage mechanism and control technology of surrounding rock deformation in Xin Ding Tai coal seam2soft rock roadway, and then proposes the reasonable supporting scheme, and meet requirements of normal safe production.Based on the field test, field information of the coal mine has been achieved, including preliminary design, geological data, working face production situation and drilling. Through indoor tests, the mechanical parameters of rock specimen are tested, and drill columns are drawn as well. Based on theoretical analysis, the deformation and failure mechanism and surrounding rock stability of2#coal seam roadway and gateway is analyzed, and then reasonable supporting scheme and parameters are put forward. The Mohr-Colonb Elastic-Plastic Model of numerical simulation is established, and mechanics is analyzed based on it to verify the effectiveness of support measures.
