| Inspired by the phenomena of superhydrophobicity and oilphobicity on animal and plant surfaces,many special "concave angle" structures have been designed and manufactured,and more methods and properties of superamphiphobic coatings have been explored.However,the application of superamphiphobic antireflective coating is more,and can be used in liquid crystal display,modern optical communication and other fields.However,high transmittance and superamphiphobicity are a contradictory relationship in the preparation process.Therefore,the preparation of superbiphobic reflective coatings remains a great challenge.This research carries out the following three aspects of work:1、In this work,the mixed sol of alumina sol and silica sol prepared by the sol-gel method was deposited on both sides of the glass by the dip-coating method.After the calcined coating was treated with hot water at 90 °C,the coating changed from smooth to grass-like hierarchical nanoflakelets,and the uneven distribution of silica nanospheres on grass further increased the porosity of the coating and formed a more complex double nano-scale structure.Finally,the coating was modified with PFDTES by the chemical vapor deposition method(CVD).The results showed that the highest transmittance of the coating reached 99.59% in the visible wavelength range of 400-800 nm,the contact angles(CAs)of water,glycerin,ethylene glycol,and soybean oil were 175 °,150 °,140 °,120 °,respectively,and the rolling angle(RA)of water was less than 3 °.The coating has multiple functions of high transmittance,superhydrophobicity,and oleophobicity.In addition,the coating has significant resistance to chemical erosion,mechanical stress,and ultraviolet radiation,showing great potential for practical application.2、Here,we prepared quadrilateral hollow silica nanoparticles by the sol-gel method and then mixed them with chain silica to construct a rough structure with concave micropores.After modifying by PFDTES,a superamphiphobic transparent coating with excellent comprehensive performance was obtained.The prepared coating exhibits high hydrophobicity and oleophobicity,the contact angle of water(WCA)was170 °,the contact angle of ethylene glycol(OCA)was 150 °,and the RA was less than 3 ° and the contact angle of soybean oil(SCA)was 146 °.The highest transmittance of the coating at 400-800 nm can reach 93.67%.The coating exhibited satisfactory self-cleaning and antifouling properties,and can still maintain excellent superamphiphobicity after mechanical wear and acid-base corrosion.In contrast to previous work achieving the superhydrophobic coatings with opacity by complicated processes,this work provides a pathway to realize the simple preparation of transparent superamphiphobic coating.3、By simply mixing paraffin with chain silica,a porous rough structure was constructed,and then it was modified by FAS to obtain superhydrophobic,oleophobic transparent coating.The prepared coating had a WCA of 165 °,an OCA of 141 °,and a SCA of 121 °.The highest transmittance in the 400-800 nm was 92.18%.The coating has good self-cleaning performance and can still maintain good amphiphobicity after mechanical abrasion. |
