Research On Complex Antifouling Coating Composed Of Al₂O₃ And Copper

Bottom grating is an important component in ship.It is the interior channel of the ship for seawater.Once the sea of bio fouling and multiply in the region,it will seriously reduce the water supply,which affects all parts of the ship water system,especially to reduce the cooling effect of system equipment,which directly affect the normal use of the equipment;If underwater hull appendages such as a propeller,rudder and other covered with marine organisms,energy consumption will increases,the stealth performance of the ship will be influenced.In this paper,the main work is as follows:1.Design of composite antifouling coating.The project research of composite coating is mainly composed of ceramic insulation coating and copper antifouling coating.Surface is copper antifouling coatings;the underlying ceramic insulation coating consists of alumina and titanium oxide.The composite coating base in Ni-Cr transition layer.2.The preparation of insulating ceramic coating and performance experiments.On the surface of the base material that currently used to using Al2O3 and Al2O3+TiO2 powder to prepare two programs.After studying and preparation of insulating ceramic coating,bond strength test,the insulation resistance performance and corrosion resistance experiments.The result shows that the strength of the ceramic coating layer combined with the base is more than 30.2 MPa.The insulation resistance between matrix is more than 100 M?.The corrosion resistance of ceramic coating was better than steel.3.The preparation of ceramic/copper composite coating and performance experiments.After successfully fabricated alumina-titanium oxide and copper composite coating is applied by technical means of thermal spray and cold spray combines,start binding strength and insulation resistance performance experiments.It shows that the bonding strength of the copper coating and ceramic coating is greater than '15 MPa.And it is insulated between copper coating and the base metal.4.The antifouling performance of the composite coating test.By harbor coupon test to verify the anti-fouling effect of composite coating.Experimental results show that ceramic copper composite coating has well antifouling effect when it is isolated with base.When it is incomplete insulation between the copper and base,it has also a good antifouling effect.
