In recent years,environmental protection industry develops rapidly,especially with the progress of information technology,intelligent environmental protection emerged at the historic moment.At present,China is paying more and more attention to the environmental protection industry,and the relative investment is increasing day by day.The investment scale of intelligent environmental protection market is also further increasing.With this rise,many environmental protection companies,T company as one of them,face new development opportunities and challenges.How to seize the opportunity in the market competition,seize the new wave of "intelligent environmental protection",how to improve their own brand,win more customer groups,how to do a good job of their own problems,improve the quality of their products and services,are the problems that T company needs to focus on to study and solve.This paper takes the service quality of T Company’s intelligent environmental protection platform as the research object,adopts literature research,case study,questionnaire survey and other research methods,analyzes the existing problems and causes of service quality,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current research on service quality at home and abroad,and briefly introduces the relevant theories.Meanwhile,it applies the three-factor theory of service quality,the evaluation theory of service quality,and the gap model to analyze.Secondly,based on the intelligent environmental protection platform business of T Company,the questionnaire design of service quality suitable for T Company was established on the theoretical basis.Through THE SPSS analysis software and the content analysis of the five gaps in the service quality gap model,it was found that the score of service quality index of all test items was less than 0.It indicates that the survey users’ actual perception of most projects is lower than the expected level of users,which is unacceptable quality.The service quality of T Company cannot meet users’ expectations.Finally,combined with the actual situation,relevant improvement strategies are proposed for the service quality improvement of T company’s intelligent environmental protection platform,including five parts: in-depth understanding of customer needs,optimization of organizational structure and human resource allocation,improvement of internal management,customer-oriented,and optimization of external marketing.Intelligent environmental protection belongs to the emerging service industry,and there is a lack of relevant research at present.In this paper,the service quality improvement strategy of this emerging industry is preliminarily discussed.Use of the service quality evaluation system and the service quality gap model to study and apply it to the wisdom of environmental services,combined with the wisdom of the T company environmental protection business operations and the present situation of quality of service,for customers to produce the quality of service expectations and the actual perception gap analysis of the causes on how to enhance the level of marketing research,systemic improvement strategy,It provides reference for T company and other enterprises of the same type. |
